I also bought a loaf of his Sourdough Spelt Whole Grain and it was equally terrific: very hearty, full flavor, just all around a superior bread (and I'm from San Francisco and know good sourdough when I taste it). Highly recommend getting in touch with his bakery to see where the breads are available; it will be worth the trip.
