Furthermore, it would've been at least a little better if the employees weren't screaming at each other and making the store a loud and uninviting place. Somersworth has the worse service I've ever experienced. The manager is not well suited for a managerial position, particularly in customer service. I decided that I would attempt the drive thru even though I remember a long wait. It took approximately 25-30 minutes and 3 times going back to get the order corrected. I ordered only a sandwich so it wasn't a difficult order. After having to go back through the drive thru twice, I decided I'd better park and walk in. Still, the sandwich I received was not the sandwich I ordered. Now, I'm frustrated and I asked to speak to the manager, who was actually standing an ear shot away but never assisted me in any way. Once she addressed me, I told her I wanted a refund. By the way, she was aware of the situation but never offered a solution. Not management appropriate. Three attempts is unreasonable and at the very least I should have been given a coupon. Absolutely nothing! I had to request they give me a refund since I still didn't my order. I was there on Sunday morning around 9 am with my two children. I went inside due to the fact that I had a 6 item order. Huge mistake . The new girl on the register was very nice , took my order and gave me my doughnuts. She then tried to make my drink and struggled. Another employee started yelling at her using very R rated language. I waited at least ten minutes for my two bagels and then gave up on my drinks . First I want to say that I've never had a problem with the staff here. They've been friendly and kind, however I think there is a huge problem with training or something going on. I like to order an everything bagel with cream cheese and an order of hashbrowns. So often they are out of everything bagels by mid to late morning. The amount of cream cheese varies hugely each time I order. Sometimes there's almost none on the bagel and sometimes there is a huge amount. So sometimes I ask for extra cream cheese and sometimes they charge for it and sometimes they don't. You can never know what you're going to get and therefore I don't know if I need to ask for extra or not. Also, I'm ordering through the drive through and the cream cheese is only on one side of the bagel and there are no knives or napkins included almost every time. And hashbrowns... I like the flavor of them but half the time they are still half frozen when you get them, or they're all stuck together in one big inseparable clump or else they're just soaking in grease. Chai tea latte was very watery, iced coffee made with too much ice and not enough syrup, espresso drinks that are burned, also burned sandwiches like sourdough with black edges and INCREDIBLY slow service. Extremely rude workers with zero customer service. I'm not one to post negative reviews but the poor experience I just had deserves mention. DD used to make donuts 'round the clock, so they were ALWAYS fresh and they NEVER ran out! Also, what does it say about a place that can't hang onto their employees? Today is July 5th 2020 and at 8:42am I pulled up to the drive through. Was beginning to order my coffee and before I could finish my order I was cut off by the rude women. She assumed my order was complete. It was simple - 2 of the same medium ice dark roast coffees with cream, extra, and turbos in both. Because she cut me off I wanted to be repeat the order, but she cut me off again and said rudely "no let me repeat to you" . Once I pulled up to the window to address it with the women at the window, she shrugged and ignored my feedback. Person taking our order was rude, didn't take our order correctly, complained about us asking for another order of munchkins and then before hanging up, stated "I f***ing wanna kill people". I'd maybe understand if our order was complicated or finicky, but we literally only ordered items from the menu. Our order ended up being messed up 10 ways to Sunday, didn't get an entire drink we ordered, or the second order of munchkins, the other drink we ordered was made wrong (we ordered a chai and got a regular coffee somehow?) The only redeeming quality to this experience was our cashier who handed us the food, Dorothy, was an absolute peach. This is, by far, the worst Dunkin Donuts ever. I go 5 minutes out of my way multiple times a day to go to the Dover location instead of this one. Their staff is a joke. They are poorly trained and can often be found yelling at one another while customers are in the store waiting to be helped. Orders are perpetually screwed up. They also claim that you cannot place "on the go" that are picked up through the drive-thru(even though every other Dunkin Donuts has no problem with this). This is literally the worst Dunkin' Donuts on the entire seacoast! It took 22 minutes for me to order at the drive thru and get my two iced coffees and breakfast sandwich. This store is newer in the area, but this is the worst DD store ever. I've been try hundreds of DD store from east to Midwest, but nothing like here. They have very bad service since last year, but it's look like the management doesn't care. Drive thru always long, not because they busy but because they're too slow and only take order one at the time. Last time went there, the guy in the drive thru window just grabbed my phone when I want to pay with DD app from my phone. Just grabbed it, and the window closed. This dunkin in the reason I now use Aroma Joe's. Just this year I've 1, waited 17 minutes parked for my boyfriends bagel. They only got a one because it is the lowest I can possibly give them. This is literally the worst location I have ever been to. Consistently long waits in the drive thru when no one is there, also inside while you wait for the staff to finish fighting, talking amongst themselves, playing in their phone etc. When they finally do get around to you they are rude or make it feel like how dare you interrupt their day. I've stood waiting at the counter while a staff member was joking around in the dining area with looked like corporate representatives. If you get waited on they will screw up your order or give you some excuse to avoid working harder to do it. I was told multiple times no there are no more doughnuts out back, we are totally out, at 9 am, on Saturdays! The have managed to mess up 6 times on an order of 3 items more than once in the past. It's a real shame too because being that close to an elementary school they could do a ton more business if they actually cared at all.
