She is caring, lovable, and unbelievably kind, one of those rare people who makes you feel relaxed the moment she starts working. I chose the deluxe service, and she treated my feet like royalty. She was gentle, skilled, and so attentive. I left feeling refreshed from head to toe. I waited several minutes for someone named Deja to come on the line and asked her to tell me a more detailed description of the facials they offered so that I could choose one. She said they cleanse your face and put 2 masks so what specific question did I have. Ummm I just asked you the specific question! I then asked her again for a simple description of each facial, it's only 3! She said the vital c is for hydrating, the acne is for acne, and the anti aging is for old people with saggy skin. WOW. There's only one chair so you aren't sitting in a row of strangers with their feet soaking. Preferable. The chair is very comfortable and has a massage panel. She cleaned up my eyebrows as well, asking questions about how I'd like them etc. overall a very positive experience in nails. Did not get my hair done.
