I waited several minutes for someone named Deja to come on the line and asked her to tell me a more detailed description of the facials they offered so that I could choose one. She said they cleanse your face and put 2 masks so what specific question did I have. Ummm I just asked you the specific question! I then asked her again for a simple description of each facial, it's only 3! She said the vital c is for hydrating, the acne is for acne, and the anti aging is for old people with saggy skin. WOW. I also had an opportunity to see another customer's makeover (went from a brunette to a highlighted blonde!) which was incredible. I have already booked my next appointment. The space is spacious; a historic old warehouse of sorts. It is extremely OVERWHELMING because they have SO MANY different products. If you don't know what you're looking for, you will be there forever. I walked around that store today for over an hour & I couldn't find what I was looking for. I still found a lot of things that I didn't need but am excited to try though. :) The customer service is just ok. They aren't the friendliest. I was in and out though, so I won't complain. I will definitely go back.
