I will try to be as nice as possible and cut to the chase and say avoid this business. Not only was I not serviced the time paid, it was not quality service. In addition, I was nearly coerced to paying a 30% tip! The people in this establishment would not let me leave unless I gave them this amount of tip. I asked was it required, they replied, "she serviced you". Not to mention, I was already going to give them a tip, regardless of the poor service. But to expect and nearly bully me for a 30% tip after poor service is shameful. Do yourself a favor and try another establishment. Do not waste your time or money here. Woke up with a pinched nerve in my neck and couldn't move it without pain. I walked in to Aroma Spa House and she was able to see me the same day. Definitely the best massage I've ever had. Also the price is good and the environment is very peaceful. Now I can move my neck. Would 100% recommend especially for people with nerve/back pain. read more

Great local massage parlor. Stopped in without an appointment and didn't even have to wait. Place was clean and quiet and smelled like aromatherapy oils. Had a 90 minute massage with May which was excellent. Would highly recommend it if you're in the area. Thanks May! read more

Came for a couples massage while visiting the area and it was the best stop on our trip! Clean & professional with great ambience to relax. Asked for deep tissue massage and it was so, so good. This place is dirty and doesn't wash the linens in-between uses. I woke up with weird bug bites and a rash a couple of days later. I went to the doctor and found out it's scabies. No one else in my house or anyone I know has it and I haven't stayed anywhere else recently. Beware!! read more

Excellent deep tissue massage, great for getting the knotted muscles of your back return to normal, it is augmented by the use of hot stones, hot towel. The facility is super clean and very conducive for relaxation. Highly recommend it . A real gem in the woods read more

Went to get massage, took an hour and massage was ok. Not bad but not working much on the spots (lower back, neck and left shoulder) I told her and asked to work on.after the massage, I go to pay now $70 and hour. Ok. Give$100 (2 $50s) and asked for change and she just stared at me. I asked again snd she said tip! I said give me $15 back. No tip is $40. I said no tip is what I want not what you tell me. After back and forth I took a $50 bill back gave her $20. She was upset, I said give me my Change back I tip otherwise no tip! She threw the money back at me! So I am done with this place. My wife had a horrible experience here. She is currently in a lot of pain after her time here. The people were also unprofessional.

I have been going here for a while now and always had a great experience. This last time the lady kept leaving the room and leaving the door open with my body being exposed. I heard someone's phone ringing in my room and the door shutting immediately after, while I was face down and my body was exposed. It felt very suspicious. When I went to leave the therapist ran up to me and pulled my sleeve of my shirt up and took a picture of my Tatto without my consent. With everything going on in the world this made me feel very unsafe. I am a massage therapist and I would never treat my clients like this. I will not be back at this establishment. Been coming here since it opened a few years back, just recently went in and noticed the price went up, ok, but when I went to pay and left a tip I was told in a not so friendly manner that I needed to leave a 20% tip no less! I think it is run by someone new and I don't need to be treated this way and will not go back! When Alley was running the place when it first opened it was great, but now I would avoid this place at all costs unless you want to get insulted when you go to leave. read more
