I was greeted warmly today by Robb, a hospitable gentleman who offered me a warmed neck pillow and choice of herbal tea or hot chocolate. I appreciated that the tea was served in a ceramic mug ( photo) rather than a disposable cup. I've been a member for nearly 12 years and in that time the member rates have doubled. Although I have considered canceling my membership, I have continued it, pay because of excellent massage therapists like Xavier who offers the ideal balance of experience, expertise, intuition, and technique.

I felt better right away after the treatment. She gave me some really inexpensive Chinese herbal pills that I could use if symptoms came back. I used them once but I have them now in case I need them again. I have gone to see her before and I feel relief right away. She is truly a wonderful healer. I plan to see her regularly. Why suffer!

She claimed the tools had been sanitized and that i should believe her . She got offended and told me to go get my nails done elsewhere. The place was dirty, dingy, and to top it off, they had no heat. Just a few small space heaters. It doesn't even deserve one star. I wonder when their last NYS inspection was done? I should have done my due diligence but i never expected this type of treatment from a business owner. I went in and got a powder dip manicure and two days later they started to chip and peel. When I…read morewent back a few Days later, which was less than a week to have them fixed I was met with anger by the owner. She not only treated me poorly, but while I tried to whisper, so not to advise anybody else what was going on She decided to escalate it and talk loud. She told me I didn't know what I was talking about and powder dip doesn't last. I have had powdered dip for many years at my normal salon which always last me a minimum three weeks no issues. She would not let anybody else do my nails she made me use the woman who did the poor job. I allowed her to fix the nails. And again, two days later, they're all peeling. Obviously, I would never go back here again. There was something wrong with either their products or their setting machines . The pictures show exactly how poor of a job this was. What I don't understand is how an owner of a business immediately leads with anger. I dropped $90 that day for a pedicure and a powdered dip I tip 20% and yet I was treated like garbage. There aren't many places where I am to get my nails done for the summer but this Would Not be the place to go. I'd rather drive a little further and be appreciated as a consumer and a customer.
