Just used Around ATL to setup a surprise for my parents on 12/18 and it was wonderful! Driver: Steve was absolutely great. My parents loved him, he kept everything a surprise and arrived early on the day. He treated them like VIPs and got them to each place safely and smoothly Car: Booked a Mercedes S class and the car didn't disappoint. It was a newer black Mercedes S550... beautiful. No issues with the vehicle and my parents absolutely loved being chauffeured in it, pure luxury. Communication: I mostly dealt with Nida over yelp messages and email. I did call in at least a couple times and the calls were answered quickly. She sent me the quote very quickly and responded promptly too. They also emailed me back the day before the service after I wanted to confirm some details. On the day of, I got a text message that the driver had arrived early, they asked how I wanted to handle the surprise and Steve took care of the rest. I recently traveled to Atlanta on business. Being a woman alone I was a little apprehensive of the busy airport and getting to my destination. Based on the reviews I chose Around Atlanta. I am happy to say that it was a perfect choice. I booked a rountrip car to and from the airport. Upon landing I received a text message with instructions on my driver. I was promptly picked up curbside by Rob in a black Lincoln MKT, which was luxurious and spotless. Rob was professional and courteous. I was totally at ease and efficiently dropped at my hotel in Buckhead. Thirty minutes prior to my return pickup I received a text from Nida informing me that my driver had already arrived and was waiting downstairs. I was pleased to see that it was once again Rob. We chatted on the way to the airport like old friends. I wish I could give Around Atlanta and Rob more than five stars. They were amazing. My daughter and I arrived at the Atlanta airport late in the evening. We had a reservation with Around Atlanta for car service and received excellent instructions by text on how to contact our driver after we had our bags. Eric met us in just a few minutes and drove us to our hotel in a very professional manner. I had thought we might take a regular taxi back to the airport, but after two wild taxi rides and one Uber car with no AC, I decided to contact Around Atlanta for a return trip. The phone was answered immediately, and the reservationist was friendly and efficient. She spent some time with me deciding on a pick-up time that would leave me plenty of minutes to spare at the airport. Eric picked us up and navigated the rush-hour traffic very well. My husband and I recently took a trip out of the country and we hired Around Atlanta Limo for our rides to and from the international terminal at Hartsfield. Our departure driver, Faisal, was at our house at 6:45 for a 7:00 ride to the airport. Our driver was very friendly and professional and got us through morning traffic with no worries. He knew the fastest routes to international check in and we were at the gate with time to spare. When we returned to the city, after walking through what seemed like miles in the terminal, we saw our driver, Steve, waiting at the very front with a sign. It was such a relief to be met by Steve, who was very friendly and caring. He got us through afternoon traffic without a hitch, and he took care of all our bags for us, and got us home in record time! I won't use anyone other than Around Atlanta Limo ever again. Riding to the Masters in style!!! These guys are awesome! Around Atlanta Limousines arranged transportation for me and my co-workers for Friday and Saturday. There were multiple stops and lots of moving parts in our itineraries. These guys were the most professional and most economical out of the at least 10 different companies I called. The chauffeurs went the extra mile each and every time. They were on location almost 30 minutes each day with a ultra luxury vehicle (we opted for the Mercedes sprinter) packed with water and snacks. I am so glad we decided to do this instead of driving ourselves. Since it was multiple people with different schedules we had to adjust our pick-up times many times and pick-up locations. The service far exceeds our expectations every time. Nida is so courteous and easy to work with and tries to assign the same driver each time, making it so much easier to connect at the airport. Travel worry free with kids! This amazing family owned company offers Infant, Toddler, Convertible, and Booster Car Seats for an additional charge when booked at least 24 hours before! Sounds easy but it's not, they are one of the very few companies to offer this service in Atlanta. I no longer need to lug my heavy car seats to/from the airport. The service is reliable, professional, and the chauffeurs are extremely kid friendly. On our way back from the airport, my niece was feeling car-sick and started throwing up. Our driver, Steve, was extremely patient and understanding. He even pulled over while we got her settled. 5 star service all the way! read more

I was in a bind to get a colleague to the airport when my car started "acting up." Around Atlanta looked good on Yelp, so I went to their website the night prior to needing the ride and reserved a sedan quite easily. The car arrived ahead of schedule, notified me, found a convenient place to wait - which is not necessarily easy on Marietta St. NW mid-afternoon - and was ready to go at the appointed time. They left downtown at just past 3:00 and my colleague was able to make his flight at 4:30. Good service and a clean, comfortable ride. In our three years of using their service for airport transfers, the office staff and drivers of Around Atlanta Limousines have been the essence of professionalism and reliability. Drivers are always on time (usually a few minutes early, just to be sure) for departure to the airport. Excellent customer service and friendly driver! Our flight was delayed a couple of times and they were very accomodating and helpful as we had to change the pick up times twice on short notice. The driver was very nice, professional, and on time, and the car was new, clean and big. We needed a car seat for our daughter and had no problems adding it to our reservation. It was clean and installed correctly, which is more than you can say for any car rental company (where you have to install it yourself without help or instructions) and cab company. read more
