Thought the small outdated cesspool was full again.  We had a clog we were able to use some product.  They came right over as they were here not to long ago and were willing to standby their work.  We discussed installing a new cesspool before the town switches over to ceptic systems only. Nick quoted me and was willing to have his guy perform the plumbing to reverse it out towards the front of the house.  Hector and his partner installed the plumbing.  Dave took half deposit down, half on completion Nick handled the delivery of the new pools, digging with the backhoe, and delivery of new semi screened dirt.  The crew put in an honest days work.  1 day plumbing, came back to cement around the new 4" pipe, third day came back for pool install and run additionalnpipe to new pool. Crew filled in old pools with dirt and nick brough topsoil as the crew leveled it.  Pleased with service and work ethics of workers. Will see how the install holds up over the next 10+ years before its first service. read more

It's Sunday...& I have my much needed extra cesspool. My lines have been replaced. My new driveway from 2 years ago undamaged. it was much, much worse then that. I had a basement leak, and a full cesspool. I called Around the Clock at 11 pm for a clean out. "See you in the morning" Called another company "nameless" two weeks in a row for the leak. Last week, they sent the wrong contractor. While the guys from Around the Clock were cleaning out my pool, the other "nameless" company should up. It read clog on the side of the truck...I needed a plumber for replacement pipes. Never said a clog. I said leak. The awesome guys were busy working on the clean out....& Mr Rude from "nameless" company walked by and said What the hell are we doing here then...walked him into the house and brought him to the basement leak. He said "Thats not what I do. I do what they do out there. This was a wasted trip" I said well, I told dispatch what I needed so go talk to them.....Around the Clock cleans my pool. My boyfriend was referred to this company and scheduled them to come without telling me about the Yelp reviews-- I'm a social media manager so ofcourse I check ALL businesses reviews and I wouldn't have booked this one based on this Yelp account, but I have to say the service ended pleasantly. We found out we had a cinderblock cesspool and needed a completely new one.....a day before our backyard house warming party. They knew of the time crunch and spent the whole day here with multiple people to get the job done. Jack gave me a great price and they even replanted my Japanese maple, got rid of my tree stumps, took down and put back up my fence and realigned my stepping stones. Please heed my words - DO NOT USE THEM They ripped up my driveway 2 months ago and have not finished the job yet. They will take your money and put you off and put you off and put you off. All homeowner and contractors steer clear of this horrible unreliable company. Been trying to contact this company to get an estimate on a drywell. Left numerous messages with a few different people saying that nick will go and look and call me, never a call back. Finally spoke with Nick after a week said he would go by in an hour, never happened. Spoke to him again 4 hours later and he said the same thing. No show. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!! Just had a normal cesspool company procedure done and was ripped off. I had plans to use the company as my yearly go to but after the POOR service that was performed and promised and was not fulfilled, I have to say BEWARE. I paid good money and thought I was getting what I paid for. I was treated like an old customer and like if my money wasn't good enough, but it had to because they took it with Ease!! Not sure how this company does business but a service pumped was performed by another company and not on the promised date and time. Then after I was told the job was done, I took it upon myself to check because thats what I do and found my cesspool filled to the top like if they only took less than 1/4 out of it. Please beware and make sure you don't get taken for like I did, had it just been my wife there she would have never known and all the money we paid would have been a waste. Which is probably why they tell you they need to come back in a year. I had to make several calls to get what I paid for and it's sad because that's not how you do business. Terrible company. Thieves. Took my money and destroyed my lawn and sprinklers. Never found cesspool and never came back leaving the mess. Phone calls for months. I finally sued them and we agreed to a sum at court. They never paid the money and now I have to spend more money to file the judgement. read more

After moving in to our new home we were left a surprise with having to buy a new cesspool. I was referred to this company and told that Nick was a nice guy. (Seemed as though). Unfortunately, they killed 2 of my trees, left sink holes and never filled the 10' hole they dug on my children's playground. Broke my sprinkler's which cost me $500 to repair and soon after found PVC piping that was never replaced after they ran it over and broke them with the bulldozer. Found this out after my basement flooded. Apparently those pipes were draining my washing machine. I've called, my husband called, my sister called and Nick seems to be avoiding us. I wish I could give them o star. They ripped me off for $2000. They came to my house and gave me an estimate but I told them I had just got the cesspool pumped. That was January of 2018. My cesspool filled up again (July) and it was time to get a new cesspool. Nick ( the owner ) asked me if the cesspool was backing up and I told him yes. He said he would send 2 guys to aerate it and that he would do the job a couple of days after that. Now, he knows my neighbor very well and this is why I trusted him. Lying BASTARD. He came over and stole my money on the premise that the job would be done the next day. He never came. I called him over and over but he kept ducking my calls. I used my girlfriends phone ( knowing he wouldn't recognize the number and he answered ). He tried to give me a bullshit story about how he hurt his hands blah blah. I truly hope he did.
