I am so pleased with Flush King! I bought a home that was a flip. I found that I had a sewer odor coming from behind the dishwasher. I checked reviews for plumbers and found that Flush King had many top reviews. I filled out the information page on their website explaining my problem. Chris, the owner, responded with what he thought the problem was and included a very fair cost to repair. We made an appointment for the work to be done. Mike arrived as scheduled, letting me know that he was on the way. Mike had a few additional questions and then got to work. He pulled out the dishwasher and immediately found an uncapped pipe from a bar sink that had been removed during the flip. He capped the pipe and the odor was gone!!! Mike also cleaned up the debris in the cabinet and properly attached the dishwasher, which had been just sitting in its space moving around at will. He also left the entire area around the work space, immaculate. I used my credit card for the charges which were less than quoted! Best company around hands down! After weeks of preparing for an engagement party, the "shit" hit the fan, literally. While having family stay over the day before the party, someone notices the toilets/ showers were backed up completely. In a panic, we call Guy and his reply was " I'll be there in 5 minutes". I think it was 4. He then pumped the backed up cesspool, snaked the line and within 30 minutes from the phone call. My house was back to normal, cesspool was empty and i saw the back of the "FLUSHKING" truck as it pulled away. Not only was it amazing service, but all for an amazing price. Outstanding! Was at my house within 2 hours of calling on a busy Saturday. I had no idea where the tank was. Guy found both the old, and new tank, in 10 minutes (uncovered a huge problem above the old tank as well). Price was good for what they had to do.
