I immediately started calling around at 7pm and his company was the only one willing to come immediately. Less then an hour later he showed up and legit saved the day!! I guess the cess pool pipping wasnt done correctly which and there was some question as to the actual size of the cess pool I had, and some serious cloggage from toilet paper. Guy walked around and showed me everything be was talking about, because I understood nothing!! And spent the next two hours unclogging our cess pool and pumping it out. It was so hot and dark but he stayed until the job was done. He will be back to fix the other things that are wrong and I trust what he says and will do. If you need any help...this is your guy!!!! "Johnny on the spot" - arrived less than 1 hr after I was able to get in touch by phone. They were able to locate my cesspool immediately, keeping my front lawn intact, not disturbing irrigation. Technicians David and John arrived at the appointed time, gathered some info from us to get an idea of what they'd find, and went right to work removing the easily accessible tank cover and setting up the the suction hose. They did a great job pumping out the 1500 gallon septic tank down to the bottom and determined that the tank and leaching pond were in good shape even after 14 years. David and John were friendly, efficient and skilled,and answered all my questions along the way including advice to service the system about every five years to avoid problems. Tommy and Joe came to remove my waste line so a basement repair company could repair a collapsing wall. They removed all the piping in one day with only one weeks notice.
