Just simply terrible service! I didn't personally use this service; someone tried to send flowers to my mother. However when I come home from work, I see a note on the front door and in horrible handwriting stated that since I or my mother wasn't home, they left the flowers to my neighbor. We don't know our neighbors (we just moved to the area) and I tried twice to get the flowers but the neighbor never answered the door even tho there was a car in the driveway. Why would you leave flowers with someone we don't know? When we called the gallery, both ladies we spoke to were defensive, rude, and difficult to talk to. Just stubborn and didn't want to admit that leaving flowers to someone we don't know was a screw-up and insisted that it was our fault for not being home and not knowing the neighbors. I am disgusted at how this situation ended up. Not even an offer to replace the never delivered flowers. Just horrible ghetto service. Don't use! read more

Sent a cashiers check for our wedding and received a confirmation from usps and the arrangement gallery flourist but they somehow managed to lose my $250 check. This is a fly by night flourist. And the manager somehow managed to get mad at me like it was my fault he's unorganized. I should have taken a picture of their desk. It was a pile of paper full of unorganized receipts and orders and magazines. Horrible customer service! read more

I ordered a really beautiful arrangement for my grandmother for Easter called Tulips song costing 100 dollars including delivery. The web site shows this arrangement with pink tulips, paper whites and another white flower, in a bird basket with a very small little bird. My grandmother received something totally different to include an ugly old school white washed gray basket, yellow roses, hot pink flowers and about 5 tulips. What I ordered and what my grandmother received are two different things. What was received Is not worth 100 dollars....... Very disappointing. read more

Three months before my wedding, my florist completely dropped me - wasn't responding to texts or phone calls. And it's not that I was a bridezilla, I came to find out that she way underpriced what I wanted, and instead of letting me know the cost was going to be more, she just didn't respond. I was pretty worried about what finding a new florist was going to mean. I live in Hemet, so one Saturday I just started driving down Florida Avenue to see if I could talk to any of the local florists. I arrived at the Arrangement Gallery location, and unfortunately the florist wasn't there to speak to me in person - probably because it was a Saturday after all (event day!). I was able to make an appointment after hours (as I work out of town during the week) for the following week. I met with Rick, and he asked a lot of questions about my personal style, our wedding theme, what types of flowers I had seen and liked, etc. And he LISTENED. He was very understanding of the miniscule budget I was working with, and assured me that he would be able to give me beautiful flowers within a workable budget. He definitely put me at ease, and my stress level dropped considerably. He even dealt with some last minute changes with completely ease and understanding (originally I was going to pick the flowers up, but opted to have them delivered - ALL the way to Lake Arrowhead). The day of our wedding, Rick arrived personally to deliver our flowers. He was on time, and the flowers looked amazing! My bouquet was a mix of roses, dahlias, hydrangeas and succulents. Beautiful! We even had some non-traditional requests: In addition a maid of honor and three bridesmaids, I also had a bridesMAN - so his boutonniere was slightly different from the groomsmen's. On the Groom's side, we also had a Groom's LADY, and her bouquet was also slightly different from the Bridesmaids. All in all, he provided my bouquet, four bridesmaids bouquets, a groom's lady bouquet, 10 succulent boutonnieres, and two huge bouquets for the arch. All of the flowers arrived fresh. When Rick met with my wedding coordinator to place the flowers onto the arch, he discovered that the arch I pick would not be aesthetically pleasing (as I was not planning on doing and fabric draping). He met with me about the problem with the arch, and I told him to go ahead and choose whichever arch he thought would look the best. He picked a great arch, and the flowers complimented everything beautifully. I highly recommend Rick and the Arrangement Gallery. I think they are fantastic. read more

I did not want to write a negative review and gave Rick at The Arrangement Gallery multiple attempts to try and make their mistakes right. But after months of trying with no response from Rick and/or failed promises I am writing this review so that other brides don't have to go through what I went through. Rick oversteps his boundaries as the florist. He was telling me who I had to buy boutineers for. When I told him I was not buying boutineers for certain people per my fiancées request he told me I had to buy them and that he was putting it on my order. When I explained why I would not purchase flowers for those particular people he continued to pressure me to buy them until I started to cry. When the day of the wedding came, my bridesmaid had taken pictures of everything being set up so I could make sure everything was being done correctly without me being seen by the groom who was also getting ready at the same place. It was then, an hour before the ceremony that I saw all the lavender roses I had ordered had bright pink tips. Rick never told me there was a possibility of the lavender roses having pink tips. With all purple decor, my flowers that had bright pink tips stood out. My bridesmaid called the florist who sent someone to take all the outer layer of petals off the bouquets, but they did not have time to do that for all the center piece and isle flowers. When I called the florist after I returned from our honeymoon he was very rude and stated the flowers were lavender with pink tips. He was agreeing with me they were not all lavender. I asked why he did not tell me there was a possibility that the lavender roses could be partially pink. He just said, he didn't know what kind of flowers he would be getting. I told him I was requesting a partial refund due to the stress this caused on my wedding day and for him delivering flowers that did not match the description of what I had ordered. After multiple phone calls he agreed to a $200 refund. My wedding was June 4, 2016 and I have yet to receive the check. I called and he stated it was returned to them. I provided my address again and he said he would send it again. It has been weeks and I have not received it. I called and advised I would be in the area and would like to pick up the check. I was told Rick doesn't work weekends and it was a Saturday so I couldn't pick up the check. I called a few days later and was told Rick would call me back. Of course, I never received a call. I got married at the most wonderful venue. I wouldn't have changed a thing about my wedding except the florist. I hope this helps a future bride avoid the stress and disappointment in their wedding flowers that I encountered. read more

Where to even BEGIN, there is too much to tell but i'll give you the short story! I'm getting married in 2 months and the Venue that I have chosen contracts with this florist. I was told over and over how FABULOUS the owner and his staff were and how amazing the flowers come out, etc. Day of consultation- drive an hour to this place. First u walk in to a totally dumpy dated atmosphere . Rick the owner who supposedly does ALL appointments was an HOUR late, (i have a 12month old baby, and to wait that long with her was CRAZYNESS to say the least). When the owner did show up, he walked in right past us, without a hello, or apology for the lateness, rolled his eyes when his assistant asked if he wanted to finish helping us, and when he did sit down he acted as if he could totally care less about us being there. I didnt' feel like he had any idea about what i wanted for my wedding and i left the appointment crying the whole way home in my car. I found a different florist and called my wedding venue to tell them of the nightmear i had gone through.....i went back to Arrangement Gallery to get my deposit back, and after getting my refund the owner said that "i didn't need to make up stories about what happend at the appointment, and that i needed to work on my parenting with my child because she was loud and trying to tear up his books" (I guess the venue had called to get his side of the story, and also, my child was never near any of his photo albums) I hate this place and i hope that no other bride will get treated the way that I did. read more

I used the Arrangement Gallery Florist located on McCall Blvd in Sun City, CA for both my wedding and a month later, for a table centerpiece for a Thanksgiving Day feast at my house and am very happy with the flowers and service. Teddy did my arrangements and they were spectacular. The flowers were fresh, arranged beautifully, and ready when I went to pick them up. They have lasted much longer than I expected so I can enjoy them for a long time. The wedding flowers - centerpiece, corsages, and Boutonnieres - lasted for more than a week without additional water. When I came back from my honeymoon, they still looked pretty fresh. I'll definitely use Teddy again. read more

Horrible service! Ordered Roses for my wife for V-Day and they delivered the wrong ones (1dz vs. 2dz). Called and complained they stated that they would resend the correct flowers the next day...they never delivered them. Called to inquire and they stated that they were too busy with other customers and will try to get them out the following day. These people deserve less than one star. My wedding venue was contracted with them otherwise I'd never used them. We had a particularly rude salesperson who quoted us one set of pricing but a month before the wedding, pricing more than tripled and no one could tell us why. Their accounting person was demeaning and rude as well, even when I was trying to get more than what we originally planned on. Ended up canceling my upsell and just ordering balloons for my guests to find the venue plus the flowers that were included in the venue. Day of, the delivery was 2 hours late (had to call them on my wedding day and track them down). When I asked if the balloons were there, the same rude salesperson assured me they were. Guess what? No balloons. Not even worth the $17 (yes $17 for six balloons) to call them back and deal with them. Find somewhere else! read more

Let me start off by saying that I wish there was the option to give zero stars!! I called yesterday to see if they had a bunch of baby's breath and they said they did. Showed up and the sign said they were open but the door was locked so he had to go to the back and they were indeed open, just forgot to unlock the door? Came in and the only person there was their delivery driver and she had no clue about how to help customers in the front. So she called some guy who was out on a delivery and was trying to figure out how much to charge me and what not. But since she doesn't know how to use the register and I didn't have cash we had to wait 10 minutes for this guy to come back to the shop. He was going to charge us $22 dollars for one bunch of flowers, I asked to purchase half the bunch and he said it would be $15, he completely pulled that number out of thin air. He was acting as if he was doing me a favor and I was putting him out by purchasing his flowers, stomping around the back room, huffing and puffing, then talking to the delivery driver, loudly so we could hear, about how "he cannot deal with these picky people anymore". He then comes around to the front slamming things around and starts to wrap the entire bunch. I then said you don't have to do that, can't you just split it? He said nope! And continues. My friend an I look at each other in complete shock of the way he was speaking to us and acting. I said you know what you can just keep those. My more vocal friend tells the guy he's an asshole and he says "thank you come back soon!" What a jerk. read more
