Let me start off by saying that the website was very easy to use the pictures were great that ultimately helped me decide on what to get and the delivery was great on time. The issue I am having is what I ordered and what was received card totally different. I spent $150 I purchased the rosie rapture and an upgrade. What I recall that website saying the update was why just get one bouquet when you can get two bouquets. So to me I'm thinking I'm going to get the same bouquet I purchased again. That is not what happened at all. So for 40 more dollars I got two big white flowers three pink roses and three unbloomed bulb looking things added to the rosy rapture. It's ugly. I know my girlfriend I sent it to said she liked it is okay you know because she didn't want to hurt my feelings but it's not at all what was supposed to be sent I should have just stayed with the Rosie rapture bouquet not did the upgrade the upgrade was horrible and I am very upset and disappointed that I put 40 more dollars into five more flowers and three almost flowers to be added on to my already $75 purchase. Needless to say I will not be using them again and I will not refer to them out to anybody. I offer a suggestion that maybe describe this upgrade a little more in depth or detail as to what happens and instead of adding some weird flowers maybe add some more of what's already in the bouquet that would have been great I would have loved that she would have loved that. read more

I also received a call from the shop asking to confirm my ballon selection because it didn't match the occasion so I'm grateful they caught that. I placed a flower order for my best friend for her birthday through fromyouflowers.com that was fulfilled by Canyon Lake Flowers and thank god I had it delivered to myself instead of the recipient they were intended for because I was so dissatisfied with what was delivered. The bouquet I ordered was called the Southern Peach Bouquet and I paid for the Premium (the largest bouquet of the 3 available) and what I got was a small, sad bouquet that looked nothing like the image online and was also missing several flowers and fillers that were to be included. Also, the succulent that was included had lots of petals falling off of it and was far from in good shape. I am honestly appalled that the florist would even let this bouquet go out the door in its condition. Definitely not worth the $80 that I paid and I hope they are less careless in the future. read more

I received a Mother's Day arrangement with dead flowers and 3 roses that were not wired. This is a sorry excuse for flowers and customer service. Before I wrote this I emailed the owner who said it's the type of flower a stalk then don't use dead flowers and refusing a new arrangement speaks volumes to their customer service. I am done with this florist. I have been using them for a few years solely because of their free delivery to canyon lake residents. I have been really understanding towards the orders they have messed up. Today I attempted to place an order for delivery and they are telling me they have never offered free delivery. Which is bull -_-. I asked if it was because of mother's day (which is 100% understandable) but they insisted it was never free to begin with. Maybe new managment? But I've had issues with them in the past and this was just the last straw for me. Whoever I spoke with over the phone was kind. But if I am going to be charged for delivery I'd rather find a more reliable and consistent florist shop. read more

This is the second time I received crappy arrangements this year from this company. My sister and my husband both ordered me flowers for different occasions through 1-800-flowers. The flowers are not what the pictures describe in the photos. They cut the flowers way too short, some are longer, so you are either submerging the entire bouquet or you don't water half of the flowers. They are much smaller then the last ones I have ordered through 1-800-flowers and they are not what I paid for. Failed to deliver flowers on the scheduled day, saying there was nobody home (which there was). If nobody was home they DID have a phone number for the recipient but they did not try to call it, nor did they call me. I would have asked them to leave the flowers at the door. They are refunding my money, which at least that is good but the opportunity to cheer up my wife on a bad day is gone. Additionally, although their hours are listed as closing at 6:30 online when I called to inquire about delivery at 5:15pm the automated phone system just said "goodbye" and hung up.
