Somehow, every personal flower--the bridal bouquet, bridesmaids' bouquets, boutonnieres, aisle arrangements, and urns--was delivered to the reception instead of the church. I walked down the aisle without my bouquet, my bridesmaids had no bouquets, and the groomsmen had no boutonnieres. There is simply no excuse for an error of that magnitude on someone's wedding day. Communication leading up to the wedding was just as disappointing. I was often told to upload inspiration photos to another platform, only to wait weeks for a response. Most of the time, I had to follow up myself just to receive an update. To make matters worse, I don't believe the owner was even present on my wedding day. Considering such a major delivery mistake occurred, it raises serious concerns about how the event was managed and who was ensuring everything was delivered to the correct location. I was initially offered a gift card for the inconvenience, which was honestly insulting given that these are once-in-a-lifetime moments that cannot be recreated. Although I was later refunded $1,200, no amount of money changes the fact that I never got to carry my bouquet down the aisle. The flowers themselves were beautiful but also not really the vision I wanted. Felt like there could've been more communication on her end to get it right. Attention to detail, communication, and execution are just as important. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below what I would expect from a professional wedding florist.
