scheduled a lock-out rescue via my insurance roadside service. wasted 4.5 hours of my work day waiting for someone to show up AFTER i got the alert they would be there 1 hour prior to the requested time. I sourced this service through BMW Assistance and I was far from pleased with the service. I was told the arrival time would be 90 mins amd not only did it exceed that time but the driver Dom closed the ticket to say the tow was complete. The dispatcher tried to reach him for 30 minutes after closing the ticket he did not anewer. When he did, he said he was 30 mina away and never came when I called back. He told them he came and o didn't answer. Very dishonest people. read more

This company's service is completely unacceptable! I've been waiting over three hours for their locksmith, Dom, to arrive. Despite repeated calls, no one answers--it just goes straight to voicemail. Even my service provider, FIMC, who arranged the call, can't get in touch with them. FIMC should seriously stop partnering with this company. Literally the absolute worst experience. My sister locked her keys in the car we called our insurance company and they dispatched this tow company. Original estimated time was about 2hrs...no big we went inside cherry hill mall and waited. We get a notification that they're 11min and then it doubled saying they were 22-24min away. Next thing we know they send the notification that they can't find us or the car. Keep in mind we never saw a tow truck or service truck at all! We contacted the number from their site which claimed to be 24hrs and the phone kept ringing and no one answered! If you see Arrington Enterprise Tow Company as a provider if you need help call your insurance/roadside assistance immediately and request for a new provider. This company is despicable and shouldn't be in business, I wish I could give them zero stars! read more

Plymouth Rock roadside assistance called this company to jump start my car. I was told at 4:42 PM that they would be here in 75 minutes. By 7:00 pm (138 minutes later), they had not only never showed but also wouldn't pick up the phone. I tried calling 3 times and Plymouth Rock roadside assistance also tried calling multiple times. Absolutely ridiculous to let people sit on the side of the road and never show up. Stay away!!! read more

Terrible Service!After telling me on the phone it should be less then a hour to help us change a tire on the NJ Turnpike they never showed up.Just read another review to the side as i was writing this and we also were informed that they could not locate us.This after speaking with the dispatcher who informed me that he knew EXACTLY where we were located.Received several ETA updates by text but none of them panned out.Called back several time but went to voice mail.Left a message each time.BUT NOTHING.Called the Insurance Company and they could not contact these people either.Said they would look into another provider but in the end i received a text from the same CLOWNS at Arrington Enterprise and an ETA of 120-155 minutes.That would extend our wait time from the original "under an hour" to around 6(!) hours!At that point I,at 73 years of age,changed the tire myself as not 3 feet away Trucks and Cars were speeding by me.Informed my Insurance Co. that if they assign these CLOWNS to help me I"ll just do it myself or start walking!!! read more

My auto insurance assigned this locksmith/service provider to me when I called for roadside assistance. My boyfriend accidentally left a U-haul truck key in the driver seat and we got locked out/couldn't return the U-haul. I actually had an appointment around the given ETA but was able to work with the locksmith to reschedule. He arrived on time and unlocked the U-haul quickly--everything happened so smoothly. read more

I ran out of gas at 10:58pm and they were supposed to be show in 1hr & 20 mins they never showed and did not answer their phone. It's now 1:23am and they still have not shown. I had to recall my car insurance for another tow to come out because of this bad business tow truck. read more

Allstate roadside assistance called at 2:45. Constant updates via phone calls and text messaging and tracking from Arrington that they would be out to change tire, which was flat and lug nuts impossible to get off. Constantly assured they were on way and only 30 away. By 10pm allstate finally sent another company. never use them read more

I normally don't write negative reviews online unless a person or company causes big problems and does absolutely nothing to fix it or to take responsibility. All of the reviews posted here are very accurate. Here is my terrible experience with this company. I initially called Progressive Roadside assistance at 4:25 PM. I was assigned to Arrington Group and was told that help would arrive in 45 minutes. The service provider's ETA kept getting delayed and he had not arrived even after 2 hours of waiting. The service provider called me at 6:25 PM and said he would arrive soon from Collingswood NJ (20 minutes away). At 7:12 PM, he called my phone and hung up before I could answer. I called him back immediately at 7:13 PM. He said he called by accident and would call me when he arrives. At 7:24 PM, I was notified by Progressive that Arrington Group service provider could not locate me. I never received a phone call from the provider even though he had previously told me he would call. I tried calling his cell phone again but it went straight to voicemail. I called Progressive and spoke with a customer service representative, who called the number for Arrington. Arrington told Progressive that they were unable to locate me. When I told Progressive they were lying and that they never contacted me after our initial communications, she asked me to call the group directly. The Progressive rep gave me a different number from the cell phone of the person I had spoken with earlier - and we both read the number out loud to each other to confirm the accuracy - but there was no answer. I tried calling the cell phone of the initial service representative again but it went straight to voicemail. Twice. No response. I called Progressive back again and they were able to get me a different roadside assistance company that showed up within 20 minutes and quickly fixed my car. If you are unfortunate enough to have Arrington assigned as your emergency roadside assistance company, I would recommend getting it switched to a different company as soon as possible. read more

These fucknuts make you wait at least 3hrs before they inform you that they're not coming....but they keeping you hanging on by saying they're 30 minutes out then cancel your call without so much as a reason or apology. They were dispatched by Nissan to come change my flat tire and never showed. If you ever find yourself in this situation, INSIST on another company because these a-holes aren't coming. I was provided this place through my insurance company. I called and estimate arrival would be 3 hours. It's been more than 3 hours no one has showed up. My insurance company asked if they have arrived i said no and was told this provider can no longer complete the job. Honestly 3 hours ago this company knew that they wouldn't complete the job. Was stranded at a hotel in Philadelphia, PA yesterday with a dead battery in vehicle and needing lockout service to get into the vehicle. Insurance company selected this company to come out and help me. at 11:59 am, I got a text from the insurance company saying they would be there in 90 minutes to unlock my door (which I needed to pop the hood and jumpstart my explorer so I could drive 5 hours home). at 1:02pm, I reached out to the company just to confirm that they would be there at 1:30pm (as my family and I were forced to wait in the lobby of the hotel until they could come). Man on the other end said it would be 45 minutes (1:45pm). I called back at 2:39pm (since no show no call)-no answer. I called back at 2:54pm (since no show no call)-no answer. Left vms and sent text messages. at 3:03pm called insurance company back so they could call them-they called-no answer. I finally had to call another company myself (West Philadelphia Locksmith) and they were there in 30 minutes and got me straight. I don't recommend using this company (Arrington Group) for service. I understand that maybe things come up or someone gets delayed, but to not answer the phone, or reach out to me, or to the insurance company and explain so that way other plans could be made is just not good business. Maybe because it was an insurance claim? I don't know. I don't ever post bad reviews but I was just so frustrated yesterday, waiting around for a company to send someone, who never did, never called, never answered-anything-I felt it is fair me to let others know to use caution when using this company. I got a flat tire in the middle of the night. Called Jeep Roadside Assistance for a complimentary tire service. I was paired with Arrington Group, probably due to the proximity of my location to theirs. Estimated wait time: An hour and a half. I called them to confirm and a person answered the phone saying somebody is on the way and he/she should be there within an hour and a half. I said sure sounds good. 2 hours passed, nobody showed up, so I called again. This time nobody answered the phone and I left a voice mail. Not sure if anybody is ever gonna show up and I really needed to get home, I ended up changing the tire myself. After I finished changing the tires, it's 3:45 AM, which is 2 hours past their estimated arrival time, and still nobody showed up. Not even a text or a phone call! I'd really appreciate if they can at least tell me they are not coming so I could have found some other company to help. I have not received any call from them since that night. I called Roadside Assistance the next morning ,and they said they would investigate and take action against Arrington Group. Arrington Group is truly the worst company I have ever seen, I mean if you are not coming, can you at least have the courtesy to shoot me a text or call? Instead they would rather let me wait in vain for 90 minutes and never show up. Completely unprofessional. I hope that Jeep Roadside Assistance will drop them from their lineup and hire another towing company who is ethical and professional. read more
