The guy who gave us the tour was super nice. He made no bones, absolutely no hesitation that he is selling. It was a little too much when he started praising the "junk machine"!! He was very knowledgeable and explained every pet of the building. I find the place is really worth the money. The plus point here when co pared to Luminary, here the windows opens for one quarter. Bedrooms have windows. The cabinets are upgraded. Super impressed with the gentle close mechanism for the cabinets. Spacious rooms. Nice cabinets. Center city. Reasonable rates. These are all plus. There is no parking inside the building. They have arrangements for $110 or $200 near the building. So if you stay, you need to park and walk to the building. A very short walk but still the parking is not connected to the building. This is a little old Building. I saw seven apartment buildings and I feel Arrive @ Inner Harbor the best. read more

I have a friend who has had a terrible experience upon moving into Arrive. Management and the quality of apartments have all been horrible to say the least. One incident is one thing, several over the course of only 2 months is another. Trust me, it just gets worse. They scheduled their move in well in advance to coordinate with their moving company. The agreed upon time had always been 9am. Upon arriving at 9am from across the country, my friend was told they would not be able to access their apartment because it was not yet cleaned and Arrive did not know where the cleaners were. Eventually, they were given an estimated move in time of 12. My friend received the keys at 12:10. They never received a tour, were shown to their room, or even told about the inspection process, which they found out they needed to do weeks later. Upon arriving at the apartment, there was a maintenance person still inside who took another hour to work on issues. Within the first 48 hours, it was discovered that the oven, A/C, and fridge were all broken upon move in. Was there not an inspection before the previous tenant moved out? How did 3 HUGE APPLIANCES slip through the cracks? Clearly this apartment was not move-in ready. The A/C was fixed after two days of living in up to 89 degree heat, even with windows open. The oven was replaced after 5 days. My friend was told they needed to be home when maintenance came, even though they selected that maintenance could enter when they weren't home. My friend waited at home ALL DAY and no one showed up. Only after calling the office were they told maintenance had attempted to come multiple times but no one answered the door. They then CANCELLED THE WORK ORDER ON THE OVEN THAT WAS COMPLETELY INOPERABLE AND BROKEN UPON MOVE IN. My friend was not believed until they had proof they were home and complained enough that Arrive agreed to replace the oven. Funnily enough, they replaced the oven that evening WHEN THEY WEREN'T HOME. Interesting how the rules don't seem to apply to maintenance whenever they pick and choose. The fridge did not get replaced until after a month. That's weeks of no groceries and weeks of empty promises. Multiple attempts were made to fix the fridge, including 3 attempts by maintenance to melt the ice stuck in the freezer fan using MY FRIEND'S HAIRDRYER. They would blow dry it, the fridge would work for a few days, then it wouldn't. Multiple times this caused groceries to go bad and have to be thrown away. At points maintenance argued my friend was the reason the fridge didn't work and that the freezer had to be overfilled. At most my friend had maybe a pint of ice cream and a freezer pizza. The fridge was only replaced after 3 maintenance requests, multiple phone calls, and 2 visits to the office. Arrive reimbursed my friend $350 toward their monthly bill because of "lost groceries." That does not cover 4 weeks of groceries nor make up for multiple broken appliances and move in being completely screwed up. Plus most of that money got used toward a utility bill for utilities my friend COULDN'T EVEN USE!!! I don't think this makes things right at all. Aside from this, the pool is always randomly closed despite it being operable hours, the fire alarms go off constantly, the office workers are dismissive and never offer an apology or a simple "I'm sorry this is happening," the office will regularly be empty during operating hours, the phone doesn't get answered half of the time, and maintenance is rude. More recently, packages have gotten stolen despite paying $20 a month to use Parcel Pending. They don't help despite Amazon and Parcel Pending saying they need to check the lockers. The office workers act like it's the end of the world and make you feel stupid for even asking. My friend ordered the package for his partner's birthday and received zero empathy from Arrive about this issue. After only 2 months, the number of problems, broken appliances, empty promises, lies, dismissive treatment, and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable. read more

Sadly to report I am no longer a resident of Arrive Inner Harbor. Due to the economy I have had to downsize and move into a house that I own in Virginia. I will miss my daily walks around the Harbor and my rooftop pool. Arrive felt like home and Layla and Brett made me feel like family. The move out process was simple enough and they were extremely accommodating of my difficulties. This is a bittersweet exit , but upwards and onwards. I know when I visit Baltimore I will proudly say I used to live at the old Bank Of America building; and that I never came home I always ARRIVED!!! read more

Management keeps loosening security, and I don't know how on God's green Earth they feel okay doing so. There was just a SHOOTING RIGHT OUTSIDE the building this evening! Arrive Inner Harbor is no longer safe, inside or out! The building used to be managed better and more secure. Now, among other problems, anybody with a pizza can just walk right in and security lets them up to the 4th floor and they can go anywhere in the building from there! They used to have food dropped off on the first floor in the lobby, and management is nonresponsive to the concerns of residents who do NOT feel safe with the new system. read more

The leasing office agents are extremely unprofessional, especially Breona Bradley, who lacks the necessary qualities to provide good customer service. She displays an aggressive, violent, and confrontational attitude toward residents, so if you ever need help from her be ready to deal with all that. This is definitely unpleasant, especially in the place that you call home. they need to be more selective and careful when hiring staff. read more

Brett H.! I thought I recognized your picture! I didn't know the leasing manager who doesn't even live here is allowed to leave comments, and five stars at that! When these apartments were still 10 Light, I didn't think I'd ever leave! All of the good things Brett mentioned are true; this is a breathtaking historical Art Deco building and I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to enjoy it before the new management took over. I'm not going to use names because I know people are just trying to do their job and the quality of their output can only be as good as the company itself. (Arrive Inner Harbor and Trinity) With that said, the leasing office management is incompetent and are incapable of thinking beyond "the algorithms" and "the system" so if you have any issues with your lease, you're out of luck...because the "system" probably won't let them. The pool was closed for entire month because they forgot to have the pool inspected when they took over but continued to blame the city for the delays; it's not the city's job to remember something so obvious and important, especially for companies that have so many properties. I could spend the next hour on this issue alone but bottom line, they handled this problem poorly and when asked, they said they won't compensate us in any way. If residents are paying to live in a luxury apartment, you can't take away the biggest amenity with no compensation for the residents. "ATTENTION! ATTENTION! ATTENTION! An emergency has been reported! Please WALK to the nearest emergency exit. Do. Not. Take. The elevator." I have this memorized because the fire alarm feel almost constant, so often in fact, that they've become useless. Anyone who's been here for more than a month doesn't even evacuate. That's pretty bad. . Next, DNA samples are taken from the resident's dogs so they can identify the dog and owner that isn't picking up their poop. HA! There is so much poop out there, it stinks. There is also a camera they could watch to find the culprit. Speaking of which, I don't understand why they haven't watched the video to find who is smoking in the dog part and leaving butts and burns all over. The security is a joke, most are unfriendly and downright annoyed if someone interrupts their TikTok watching. I've seen on more occasions than I can count where the delivery folks are left in the vestibule because the security can't be bothered to look up from what they're doing. Compared to all the other luxury apartments in Baltimore, our front desk/concierge is a total joke. As for security, it's laughable. They've closed, without notice, the basement dog park to put in either a bowling alley or industrial washer/dryers that you need to pay for (and take away the free oversized washer and dryers). I agree the basement dog park smelled terrible and it smelled that way when Trinity/Arrive took over, however, fix it, don't take it away. It was a really important area that served as an alternative for inclement weather and for those dogs that aren't comfortable with other dogs. That was one thing that really set these apartments apart from the other luxury apartments. There's plenty more but I need to get something to eat. Looking forward to the end of my lease, can't get out of here fast enough. read more

Just renewed my lease. I have lived here going on 4 years and love it. The staff is friendly, they have plenty of resident events, and are constantly making building improvements. The only negative is no parking on-site, but there are plenty of garages near by. read more

Brett is horrible he's the worst customer service person ever . The arrive suffers form it fish rot from the head down . He is racist checks people mail according to two residents that are both female one Asian one black . My friend is from New York and came here to stay in an air b n b at my building crazy smh Brett also tried to overcharge me on the renters insurance . I had a contact for 10.90 a month in oct of 2024 Brett just kept adding a 25 $ fee for renters insurance I sent a screenshot of my policy but the charges kept appearing sometimes twice a month . Brett finally fixed it and credit my account in January five months later . My car keys were stolen in the workout center in the so called secured building . This resulted in my car being stolen from in front of the building (no parking garage only street parking ) the police were called a report was made after me and the police observed the kids take the keys out my bag in the workout center . Brett told me the arrive isn't liable or responsible and left me to pay my 1000 deductible I had to take off work for three weeks cause I had no car . Then I saw one of the kids that Brett told me didn't live in the building but yet here he is in our supposed to be secure building . I already was uneasy and terrified at night coming and going after that incident so when I seen the person responsible for my car theft back in the building I moved my lease isn't up till May but I'm not working to be a Victim again and be stuck with the bill again . I was charged all the extra fees even though the place was in great condition (I took video and have screenshots of most of this ) charged me clean up fees I contacted my lawyer and I confident he won't get away with this but please don't move here especially minorities!!! read more

Hands down the best leasing experience I've had! When I began my apartment search 2 months ago, I reached out to Arrive Inner Harbor as it was extremely close to work, fit my price range and has excellent amenities. I want to highlight Troy from the leasing team who has been an absolute please to work with. He went out of his way to show me multiple units, all amenities including the gym, sky lounge, pool, mail/parcel rooms and many more. Troy made my leasing process seamless by being so responsive, clarifying any questions I had, and overall being welcoming to the community. BEWARE-Trinity property management has an F on Better Business Bureau.I am a travel nurse that moved into Arrive inner harbor in May of 2022 via subleasing. My first 3 months were okay. The pool was closed the first month+ of summer. Gnats in hallways, hallways have horrendous smells, elevators break down frequently, and fire alarm goes off usually 1-2 times a week. I looked past all of that and signed a lease directly through Arrive Inner Harbor on 7/29/22. Friday night after moving all day I got ready for bed where I check that my door is locked at least 5 times (cute little thing I do)...then went to the door and put my hand on the lock and said out loud the door is locked... I then went in my bedroom with my dog, he started barking like crazy.I opened the bedroom door and immediately looked at the front door and realized it was unlocked. I run to the door, open it, see nobody, but hear running to the right of me and then a door shut. After gaining my composure I go downstairs with my dog and notify the concierge of what has happened and tell him to call the police, I had to ask numerous times for the police to be called before he appeared to do so. While in the lobby waiting for the police a man runs in from outside as someone exits. As he runs into the building he is screaming obscenities at someone on the street. He then looks at the concierge and says "You got me?" I look at this man and say "do you live here?" he says no, then the concierge proceeds to badge him into the elevators and tells me "it's okay". After over 15 minutes have passed I mention the police not being there and the concierge gets very defensive. I decide to call the police and while on the phone with 911 the concierge is talking at me so loudly that I have to ask the 911 operator to hold and have to tell the concierge to stop talking because I can't hear. He is repeatedly saying "you saw me call them, you saw me call them". Within 5 minutes of my 911 call the police were there. They did a sweep and said there was nothing more that they could do. The next morning I immediately go to the leasing office and notify them of the event and that I will be leaving. The property manager, Brett, calls me and in a rude tone tells me that I have the only key to that apartment, so my door couldn't have been unlocked. He then proceeds to say "You moved all day and were probably just tired and forgot to lock it". The gaslighting began. He then tells me there isn't a stairwell to the right of my door (that is false, there is) and that I wouldn't have been able to hear the door shut because of the hinge it has. You can hear it v easily. I emailed the regional manager a very detailed statement of what happened on Saturday. I learn Saturday that they can run diagnostics on the locks. Monday when I ask Brett about running the lock data he acts like that isn't a thing. I persist and finally maintenance comes to collect the data from my lock and was told it it should be ready the next morning. The next day every time I saw either the property manager or head of maintenance I was told they were having issues with the data reports and were still running it... As of 8/12/22 I have still not received the lock data. Monday evening when Jackie, the regional manager, finally responds to my email, she states she's sorry this happened, asked if I wanted my locks changed and informed me I would have to stay in my lease. It wasn't until after my lawyer was mentioned that she was open to discussion. I wanted out of my lease and a full refund of the rent+deposit. Last I was told I would receive $1,999.49 instead of the full $2,493.44 because of the nights I stayed there.This has been a horrible experience.At one point the leasing manager raised his voice at me and stated "I'll be honest with you when this is all said and done something is going to come out that there's a reason that you're doing this and we don't know what it is...". When I asked for the VP and President's contact info I was refused that info and it is nowhere to be found online.I wouldn't let my ex's fish live here. read more
