He answered all my questions during my first visit and subsequent concerns I called to ask about later. I have beautiful wood floors, and I was concerned about having them cut up for the registers. He assured me that the crew measures twice and cuts once. After agreeing to proposal, I spoke with Brian Miles, the Installation Manager. He quickly put my mind to ease as I had further questions about the layout and how things were to proceed. I have a wonderful open Basement with high ceilings and wanted to preserve the "OPEN" look. He was a consummate professional and provided detail and schematics about how things would proceed. His attention to detail on suggestions for a tighter, cleaner ducting installation amazed me. I had some basic plumbing re-routed, and he even interfaced with the plumbers to ensure the install proceeded in a timely manner. Also, he spoke to the electrician's there that day of his inspection to correct a simple wiring ground connection for the furnace. The week of the installation I was notified via text and photo's, who the two installers would be working on my home. Courteous and friendly and professional as well, they did an OUTSTANDING Job. They are Colby J and Dennis E, and they answered any and all of my concerns. I would ask many questions, and they never hesitated to answer my questions. They are both True Craftsmen and PROs at what they do. Last minute issues were handled immediately and by the end of the week I had Cold AC. It was hot weather that week, but we briefly fired up the heater, which quickly generated so much heat. The ducting work looks beautiful, and the two guys made a tremendous team. Inspection by the city was a breeze and no concerns at all! I feel I received tremendous value for all the work completed and the way I was treated as a customer made me feel Valued as well. Got here about 11:00 a.m. on Thursday and of course the attendant wasn't there and his hours posted…read moreon the door was Monday through Thursday 8:00 to 3:00 I got the phone number off the door and it rang once and went to voicemail so I go get my change to Safeway buy some things for snacks and come back and he's there I go to put my clothes in a double may take washer and they're both those two of them in one row and both of them were full now these clothes were not wet they were dry and smell the mold and musk which tells me the attendant doesn't attend to his customers clothes what if the people but in a car accident or something for them to dry in the washer and smell like molding they had to have been there at least three or four days. So the attendant apparently doesn't check the washer and dryers when the shift is over. I doubt if somebody would have not come back for their clothes to worser falls and they were double loads at that like I mentioned earlier. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL DUE TO MY EXPERIENCE TODAY.

I buys a few gats, that's no secret. A few weeks back I buys a Ruger rifle here. Takes a week or…read moreso to get it cause it's a special order. Mama always said I was special. The rifle shows up, I pays for it and goes to see if it will go bang. It does a time or two then it pukes out it's own extractor. I brings it back to ACE and asks to get my money back. She says they don't do that and it says that right on my receipt. I can come in next week and talk to the manager if I want to or they'll mail the rifle to the idiots who built it at Ruger for me next week. (that means I have to pay for another background check if it ever comes back). This isn't something I picked up at a yard sale, it's a brand new Ruger rifle. I takes the POS to a local riflesmith, I bought it to shoot it after all, not have it in transit for days and days. He fixes it in one day for me, back I goes to the range where this Ruger junk pukes it's extractor again. My riflesmith says send it back to the factory it's got some serious problems. I decides that this Ruger like the previous Ruger I bought brand new is more useful as yard art than shooting ammo and determines I can cut it into pieces and weld it to a frame and hammer it in my front yard. The folks at The Oregon Trail Trader where I usually shop convince me they will send it back to Ruger, have it repaired etc. I does that. It came back today. I traded it to them, lost a bundle on magazines, ammo, scope, parts and accessories I had purchased for it. Here's the bottom line, If I had purchased it from The Trader they would have given my money back when I came back with it, or given me another rifle. No hassles about either. They absolutely would have resolved this defective gun immediately to my satisfaction. I've had that happen in the past here. Even Wal Mart will give your money back on junk you buy there if you take it back. Here's the real bottom line. If you're shopping for firearms go to The Oregon Trail Trader where Customer Service is the order of the day everyday. And if you're thinking about anything built by Ruger, just say NO!

I called A1 and was given expert advice over the phone workout hesitation that worked. A few weeks later, my vacuum stopped working again for a different reason. A1 told me to bring it by. Unfortunately my vacuum was unable to be repaired since it was a fairly cheap (less then $150) machine but A1 did not charge me for working on it and even recommended another brand and model. They let us crawl all over their mattresses (respectfully of course) until we found one that felt right and we could afford. They didn't try to sell us more than we could afford; and when they delivered, on-time as promised, they also helped my wife return a fairly heavy dry sink to its original spot since we had to move it so they could get the mattress into the house. Great people. Great experience. Great mattress. What more could anyone ask for?

I gives him the third degree about mattresses. After bump'in gums awhile I decide this dude knows more about mattresses than I does box jobs. And I know a lot about box jobs. He tries to get me a custom cut size mattress, cause I'm a customized kind of cat. But the crew that helps him do custom orders ain't gonna make it happen. Still, he tries for me and gets back to me right away when it won't work. Was a time a goon like me could get a custom fitted suit, shoes to match and a broad in a matching dress to go. Those days are gone. But enough of my blathering on. This joint ain't no flim flam. When Shaun couldn't make the custom thing happen he made me a "deal you can't refuse" ... my Godfather would be proud to have him in the family. He even loaded it on my truck. Loaded it in the alley in the daylight even, unusual for me, I'm more of a after midnight out the back discount shopper. So when you look around your crib and it looks like a hurricane of pizza boxes and dirty glasses have just passed thru knocking over the crates you use for tables. If you want a soft place to sit and a decent nights sleep, motor on down there. Who could say, if you do, some dame might even be willing to come over.
