No walking up and down aisles looking for WD40, furnace filters, etc. Got a question? You'll get a friendly answer. The staff eye you suspiciously and stand where they can watch you. If you try to make any sort of "please help me" body language they completely ignore you. The very INSTANT you touch anything they run up to you and interrupt you to ask if they can help. I have actually told them "I am trying to read and you're interrupting me" and had them reply "well I need to know if you need help" This is consistent. Not a one time thing. They're "help" is poorly disguised loss prevention that makes me feel disrespected and untrusted. I would rather warm up my car and drive 10 miles to pay 20% more than walk to this store. The last straw was having a premium product shoved down my throat when I asked for the economy product. They told me that they don't carry that product when I had just found it on the shelf. Worst shopping experience ever. Consistently. 100 times.

A gentleman named Jake I stopped near the entrance and asked if he could help me as I had a dilemma that I hadn't been able to resolve on my own with a fancy shop vac I purchased there a few months back. He walked me over to the shop vacs & I pointed out the one I purchased and he walked me through the three areas on how to resolve my stalled situations on that model. Hands down the most polite and tolerant employee. But I've seen this with other employees there over these past 2 years or so. I feel we are so fortunate to have this business here and the management is doing a great job with employees chosen and the overall all staff attitudes and Top Notch Customer Service. Hats off to you all!!!
