Highly recommended this location and business, based off of the reviews I drove about 20 min just to wash here and I don't regret it. Yes it was out of my way but it was definitely worth it. For one tap to pay is way to convenient, while I appreciate being able to pay with my card-- I wasn't to pleased when I was charged more then what is required. On the machine it states $3.50, however I was charged $5. I didn't want to hassle with it at the time but thought I'd share with anyone who may find themselves put in this position. Dryers cost $25 for 8 min I believe, it wasn't that expensive at all to dry a load in total was less than $1.00. During my experience I noticed that if you go early in the morning when they just open, you will have many washers and dryers to choose from and only a few people are there. The place is fairly clean and quiet, almost all of the machines work. If you needed soap, dryer sheets, fabric softener, etc they offer a vending machines that sells all of these items. They do have one restroom, and another vending machine with some snacks. This location also includes a small fluff and fold station where you can purchase a service if needed. Prices range depending on amount of items you required. They also had one attendant who was working, cleaning out the dryers, sweeping, turning on the fans, and placing carts back into their proper places. All in all I would consider coming back if I needed too! read more

This place is decent for the most part, but has currently been making it very hard to come here! I understand ripping up and redoing flooring is a costly and timely manner, but this place has been torn up for weeks. Now they have the largest washers conveniently blocked off while the tile sets. Got here at 6:02am and can't get a washer since everyone needs 3-4 small washers to do their loads! Will have to go somewhere else to spend money! read more

Was a regular here because my washer recently broke, first time I came I thought I just counted my coins wrong no big deal. Decided to try to tap option then noticed different amounts charged that are more than the actual amounts on the washer just by a dollar so I thought no big deal it's fine ( for all 4 loads). Came again and had two loads for $5.50 and $6.75 and had exact amount and the machine said I still owe .75. I spoke to one of the ladies that is usually here and she said no the machines don't eat the quarters so I owe .75 and I couldn't get my money back once I started putting my money in. SMH so I'm assuming this must happen all the time and no one catches it. read more

Went early in the morning around 8AM on a holiday and it was slightly busy. However machines were available to be used. This place has a lot of machines and parking spots. They did have a spot inside where you can change bills into coins and a vending machine to buy laundry supplies. The place was very clean and there was an attendant that came in around 9AM. The attendant was very helpful and after assisting people, she started sweeping around the place. The machines were easy to work and would totally come back to this place again. read more

Quickly in and out. Go early morning and it's always clean and refreshing. Washers and dryers are kept in working condition, there is air circulation inside with fans and air conditioning. Some time you do have to be watchful because some people do hold up machines for their relatives to get them. read more

I always come here and it's very convenient because it's really close to home so it makes it unfortunate that I have to go somewhere else because of the rudeness I have received from one of the ladies which is Adriana that works there almost every day I've had an incident with her one time before, and it wasn't that serious enough for me to write a review. The second time was absolutely ridiculous that she had to shut me down Before I could even start talking on what I was saying. I was having trouble with the machine and she's looking at me like I'm stupid telling me that I should read the sign that it's out of service and it doesn't even have a light. Why would I put quarters in it? " That's not what I was even talking about the washing machine took ALL MY QUARTERS and instead of trying to fix the machine or GO AND WALK YOURSELF TO THE MACHINE TO SEE WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT INSTEAD OF LOOKING LOST . The other lady was nice enough to walk to the machine and than knew what I was talking about idk she thought I meant but at least the other older lady that works there is very nice s she needs to be a manager or something she's excellent as for ADRIANA she needs to re-evaluate the way she speaks to people and acts the way she does . Here to wash my sleeping bags again. We went camping this passed weekend and this place is my go to for getting it down in 2 hours time versus washing at home will take me a few days to finish. This place is clean and the workers do go around and clean each and everyone if them. All machines are different sizes. This machine fits two queen size blankets and probably still had room for one more. I do like that they have a ATM on the washer/dryer machine so you don't have to search or get coins. $4-6 for a 25min wash and .25c for 8min dry in which it was $2 for a 64min dry for me. Like that they have various size washers that are up to date & not old. Had some large items that needed to be laundered and we were in & out of there quick. Absolutely disgusting behavior from the two Hispanic lady's that tend to this establishment , I was putting in my coins to wash around 9pm , as the website state you close at 12am . As I'm doing so both lady's point at me from across the room and tell me there about to close and I can't wash that last wash was at 9:30 , I told them the website says otherwise and they said it's wrong . While 10 other people were washing folding etc , around 10pm a man comes in and is greeted one lady with open arms . I was the only person told anything and once my husband who speaks Spanish told them something they said sorry they just wanted to tell me something but did not mean to disrespect me . I come to this laundromat twice a week for the past 3 months , but as of late, all the machines are breaking down, leaking water everywhere and the machines that take coins are not very efficient or effective because you have to stand there for 20 minutes for the machines to actually take your money and not spit them back out! The owner of this establishment needs to do a better job keeping up with the maintenance of all of his machine! read more

I come to this laundromat every few months. Whichever lady is working, they are always so thorough in cleaning the floors and wiping down machines. They always do a good job. I was there today. I saw two new machines. I got to use one and felt like it did a good job cleaning my laundry. I think I saw one dryer out of order and by the time I was leaving, I saw the owner fixing it. The owner was out maintaining machines, filling the vending machines, and doing general maintenance the entire time I was there. I was impressed and made me glad I chose to come to this laundromat over choosing another one. Will definitely be back the next time my laundry gets out of hand. ‍ read more

I have been coming here for 3 months now since I have moved to Fontana and I have found this laundromat to be one of the cleaner/ nicer and also takes Apple Pay. I had no complaints about this place until the rude male employee gave me attitude tonight. My partner went to inform him one of the dryers ate up our dollar and he said well it does say error on the machine " can't you read"? I said it didn't have a sign that says out of order like the other ones do so my first instinct was just to insert the quarters and he says well if you read you could see it didn't work.... I felt this was so uncalled for and very unprofessional, he could've been more polite about the situation even if I DIDNT READ, it is staff's responsibility to place signs on broken machines accordingly. read more

I live in Fontana but I don't live in this area but I looked on Yelp and the reviews were great, so I decided to drive to this laundromat. Every 6 months, I was bedsheets and large blankets at a laundromat and I Isidro even to Rancho Cucamonga. When I got to Arrow Coin Laundry, I was pleasantly surprised because the laundromat was clean and there was a worker making sure the place stayed clean. The machines looked new and it took less time for me to wash my comforters than the older laundromat I usually went to in Rancho, so I was ecstatic. Within 2 hours I was done. I will be back to this laundromat and will no longer be driving to Rancho. read more

I paid for my laundry with a card not coins. She abruptly said this is the last time. I love this Sandra, especially when I go in the mornings because it's really clean quiet the person that it's always offering their help. The problem is when I go in the night there's the old lady that the laundromat in the shift. she's so mean so rude. She's always closing one of the main entrance at 8:30 PM if you get there at 10 PM, she will not let you wash your clothes. She will start screaming at you. One time I put my cleaning towels in the dryer and I don't know where to open the dryer and start picking which towels good and she took saw me that I was watching said are they yours and I what are you doing and she just told me oh my son wash cars and I said so what she just start laughing the last thing that I saw, I don't know the guy left somewhere and he left his clothes dryer she opened the dryer and took all the clothes I had to leave so I don't know what happened with the guy. First timer!! I arrived to this coin laundry aka Lavanderia and immediately noticed how clean it was. The attendants were very helpful and kind. They have many washing machines of all sizes and dryers lined alongside the walls. The folding tables are kept clean and are wiped down after each use, especially important during COVID times. I even noticed everyone wearing a mask. The place is well located in a very quite and small shopping center, laundry hours and price are great! I only give 1 star cuz the person who is working right now has got to be 1 of the RUDEST people I have came across at a laundromat!! Don't get me wrong, I understand people have bad days and NO I have no idea what is going on in his life right now but he sure knows how to be nice to the person he's on the phone with. I have not given him 1 bit of attitude and yet he acts like I just ruined his day. So there's signs everywhere that the AC is on and to keep the doors closed right... well the doors are wide open and I nicely asked him "excuse me, the doors are wide open, would you like for me to close them"? He legit looks up at me and says with a look of like disgust and a stank attitude "NO, I dont need you to" and literally rolls his eyes and shakes his head!!!! A little while ago I was putting my clothes in the dryer and he had carts lined up to where I couldn't get to some of my clothes. So I NICELY say to him "excuse me hun, I have 2 loads on the other side, can I get them? But if you maybe moped or something I have no problem waiting a moment". As I was finishing the last part of my sentence, he looks at me and says "I'm moving the carts right"? I was like oh wow.... and now I just keep getting weird looks from him. Like ummmmmm what did I do to you???? Why are u so like irritated with Me especially when no matter how horrible you have been to me, Im still remaining nice and calm? Its sad cuz If I didn't like these washers and dryers so much, I definitely would never come back! I really enjoy going to this laundry mat. The customer service there is nice. I was helped twice by two different employees. No attitude once, grateful. They provide the options to use coins (brings cash to get change) and/or débito o crédito por el máquina. Which is my favorite thing about this place & why I keep returning since I don't always carry cash. It also offers Apple Pay on certain washer and dryer machines! I see they provide chips, drinks, vending machines, ans various cleaning products. It's pretty spacious, lots of parking, & hella machines. Def recommend. I'm eating 4 out of 5 because I want there to be more Apple Pay washer & dryers and also I don't think we should have to pay to use the bathroom (25¢) , at least just lock it & unlock it for paying customers I guess. read more

Last wash is definitely not at 10:30. They close more than half of the washers before 10. Leaving only 16 washers open. The taller Hispanic man that cleans the washing machine is always rushing people and gets too close to customers. I've even come during the day and while I'm folding my clothes he's literally almost sweeping over my feet and staring at everything i do. He makes me feel really uncomfortable when I come wash clothes and he's very rude. The only reason I come here is because it's close to home and they take card. I really hope they take to this guy. He's usually always closing at night. The manager should really check the camera if they work. read more
