The last owners had really good employees they were very helpful. The new own has a Male employee that was not helpful and was being a pervert he was looking at my daughter up and down and taking glances as we passed to put in loads shes only 16 and was covered up so for a man of god knows what age to be acting like that is unacceptable. This is my first time going to this Laundromat. I came here because our washer at home is broken. I haven't been to a Laundromat in 30 years. There are plenty of washers (small load to xl load) and dryers (small to xl). Prices ranging from $2.75 - $6.75. I used the $2.75, $4.00, and $6.75 washers. Washers did a great job with cleaning my clothes. The dryers (I used 2 xl dryers) are 25 cents for 10 min. There's plenty of room to fold your clothes. The staff was very nice because I didn't know how to use the machines and I see someone constantly walking around checking if everything is okay, sweeping and mopping the floor and cleaning the counters. Thank you for making my experience here pleasant. I am definitely planning on coming back here, especially to wash my blankets and comforters. read more

So my issue with this laundromat is the lack of customer service. The attendants here are slightly rude and just look at you like you're a monster with 9 legs. My question is....why are you just standing around? I've been to plenty of laundromats and the attendants were very friendly and engaging. W Washers and dryers look nice but $2.75 for that little ass washer is out of pocket. Then my dryer stops as I'm walking away. I asked the lady, who walked behind me to start it as my back was turned, why did it stop? She didn't answer my question. She just said "we'll see". After she cleaned out the lint trap (which should be done on a daily basis in my eyes) she simply went back to her conversation. Didn't even acknowledge me again. I don't play around with shitty customer service. Use your quarters else where. read more

Pretty good coin wash. Single wash $1.50 , double washer$2.50, giant washer $3.75 and super large washer $6.25. Small dryer not sure how many minutes for $.25 but larger dryer is 8 minutes for $.25. If you want to use the restroom its $.25 and it's pretty clean. Definitely will be back to wash blankets and sheets again read more

Nice facility considering the outside doesn't look as nice. Washers and dryers seem fairly new. The bathroom is clean but it costs $0.25 to open the door to use it. I like that there is an employee that is constantly wiping down counters and machines to make sure it's clean for the next customer. She also mops the floor (but dries seconds later to prevent anyone from slipping). I came to wash blankets at this place. I went to my car and came back and noticed the temperature was lowered. I asked the attendee what or who changed the temperature setting. With her blank expression she had no answer. As she left some of the clients told me she purposely changed the temperature setting with out my permission. read more

A lot of the machine don't work. The lady that works there is very nice. But would not go back.

There is always someone on the premises in case you need help with a washer or dryer. They keep the place clean and are always wiping down the machines and are very friendly. There is a restroom that you can use for .25 cents if you need it. The area is ok, some homeless people hang around sometimes, but they do not bother you. read more

Love going to this laundry place! This place is the cleanest laundry place that my friends, and family has been too! The price of the washing is reasonable, and the fact that if you wash here and have the wash card you can get a free wash after the 10th wash. The wash card is something that you can ask from the attendants and they would stamp it every wash/visit you did, just let them know what wash load you did and they would stamp it. Reason for the 4 star is because when I washed here one of my blankets was not wash good leaving it half dry and half wet which was not good at all! I called the lady attendant and explain to her what had happen, and all she did to me was gave me a smile and didn't help me with the problem. I kept trying to explain to her that my blanket did not wash right, yet she still smiled at me making me look stupid, and she continued on her cleaning and doing something else! It made me so mad, but could not do anything else because there was no other attendant but her. So I had to make another wash costing me more than the regular wash I do! The lady did not even apologize or tried to help me with the matter! THAT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Now the 4 stars is for cleanliness, price is reasonable, has the right size of washer and dryer from regular to super large washes/dryer, and clean bathroom. Keep in mind that to use the restroom you will need to pay $0.25 whether you are a customer or not. read more

The staff is extremely rude. I mean, people just want to wash their clothing. I walk in at 8:32 and the attendant says "we closed". Now, I'm sure if I learned anything- you know, graduating from college and all- I learned to read and the sign clearly says you close at 10. I ask for the time, which she responds "ayut toodie figh" then tells me the last wash is at 8:30. It's not always what you say, it's how you say it and this washing machine policewoman was pressed that I was in need of a wash for some reason. She was extremely rude. Way too many broken dryers...more than half with out of order signs on them. Everyone standing around waiting for others to finish so they can use a dryer. The beauty of the laundromat is supposed to be the ability to do all your wash at once but the lack of available machines makes that impossible. Also 2.75 for a wash seems a bit high read more

I've been there once. It was clean and there were open machines, and when I had an issue with my machine, the lady working there was readily available to help me. That said, it's kinda a scary neighborhood: there was a guy passed out in front of the discount store right next to the laundry, and scary looking dude parked his car out front with windows rolled down and music BLASTING. Very clean and spacious inside. The parking lot is smaller than I'd like and the outer appearance looks old. But once inside , new updated washers and dryers. They have plenty of washers in all sizes. Love the larger dryers. Very cool inside On this hot day. I drove 10 miles to get her because it's one of the best laundromats. read more

Just an update this place is always busy, but have plenty of washers and dryers to go around. The staff is super friendly, if they see you having trouble with anything the immediately help you out, the last time i was here the bill exchanger was down , but no worries the guy went in the back and exchanged my bills for me. I took a large blanket there to wash in their large machine a few weeks ago. I don't usually use coin laundries so was unfamiliar with this business . I was delighted. I am a very senior citizen with a handicapped husband with me. The woman mgr was very friendly and helpful and made sure we used the proper amounts of soap, etc and were satisfied with the service. I will certainly go there again when I have more blankets or comforters to wash. read more
