Came with my boyfriend to do laundry. It was our first time here. We came to just used the small…read morewashers & dryer. We used 2 washers, $5 each for normal washes. Then, we used one small dryer, it was big enough to fit both loads. The dryers prices were much nicer, $1.50 for 42 minutes. I think the key was for every seven minutes, add 25¢. For the total of $11.50, I don't believe it was a bad experience. It was very hot, no A/C which I could tell. They have a vending machine dedicated to cleaning supplies & a vending machine for cold drinks. I got a coke bottle for $3 (not including in the final total). This was my first laundromat with a washer card, or perhaps, I've just always used quarters. However, one of the people waiting for their clothes was kind enough to point me to the direction for the card. It was fairly busy while we were there, but not so much that we couldn't get washers/dryers. My boyfriend said he would rate this a 7/10 experience because he wants to be able to just tap his card & it's hot in here.

It was already around 10:30 PM when we started searching for a laundromat that was open late. We found Arrow Coin Laundry, loaded up the car, and got there a little after 11:00 PM. Unfortunately, the doors had already been locked, and we thought we were out of luck. Then Maria, the manager, came out, listened to our situation, and was kind enough to let us in since we only needed to dry our clothes. Thanks to her kindness, we were able to get everything dried instead of waking up to moldy, smelly clothes the next morning. On top of that, the laundromat was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and all the machines we used worked great. It's obvious the staff takes pride in keeping the place in excellent condition. A huge thank you to Maria for going above and beyond. Great customer service like that is hard to find these days. If you ever need a clean, reliable laundromat with people who genuinely care, this is the place to go. Highly recommended! This was the first time in a very long time I've been to a laundromat and was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, high quality commercial equipment and the employees who helped get a newbie started. Got all my laundry washed, dried in folded in less than two hours...amazing! Only mistake I made was not noticing that each of the larger washers could hold up to four baskets of laundry. Same goes for the dryers. They even have bigger washers and dryers, too! Very impressive and nice to know I've got a solid local laundry backup in MoVal.

Their biggest machine (8 loads -$9.25) fill up FAST since there are only two of those. However, the next size washer (6 loads - $7.75) there are 7 of those. All other washers on premises range from 1 load & up. There is ALWAYS someone on site and you'll always catch them cleaning. Change machine, vending machines, and even a store is present where the attendant will break your larger bills or you can buy snacks and or laundry needs. My only gripe(s) isn't even with the laundromat itself, it's the area. As someone who's lived in the area I know what to expect but it constantly smells like weed outside and unfortunately it drifts into the laundromat especially when they leave the doors open sometimes. My second gripe is parking. The laundromat is situation in a small shopping center with Walgreens so you'll find parking but it might not be as close as you want.

It's a decent size place and looks like a lot of machines. And they all look on the newer side. So maybe there have been changes. I haven't gone in just yet. But I already see the attendant and he seems to be working diligently on his routine tasks. So I expect that the usual maintenance and cleaning is being done. I will update my review after I get my laundry done and confirm what kind of experience I had. I just feel that especially now, small businesses need all the help they can get. And I wonder how much business they've lost because of that one and only review.
