I've been a regular customer here because the laundromat itself is clean, well-maintained, and the attendant is always courteous. Unfortunately, a recurring issue involving a commercial cleaning company has made the environment increasingly uncomfortable and, at times, unsafe feeling. On Tuesday mornings, a commercial cleaning crew regularly occupies a large number of machines at once. 15-20 or more, which makes it difficult for regular customers to access machines during busy hours. My larger concern is the behavior I personally observed from one male worker associated with this company. I witnessed him repeatedly standing extremely close behind customers, particularly women and elderly customers, while they were loading and unloading machines. At one point, an older woman visibly turned around in alarm because of how closely he was standing behind her, and the interaction became confrontational when she reacted. The overall atmosphere felt aggressive and uncomfortable rather than respectful of shared public space. The company is also washing heavily used commercial cleaning materials like mops and dust mats in shared machines, which many customers may not feel comfortable with. I previously attempted to contact management privately about these concerns and never received a response, which is why I'm posting publicly. I hope management addresses both the excessive commercial machine usage and customer safety concerns so the laundromat remains comfortable for everyone. I will never come back here again. read more

Thank you to the laundry attendant, I observed her always keeping busy cleaning the machines and sweeping the floors . Can use coins / change coins machine available. or grab one of the reloadable laundry card and pay with your credit card/Debit card The reloadable laundry card is very convenient to have, the machine will notify your balance once it is inserted. read more

Both owner Daniel and attendant present. Owner helped us as we had never been here before and needed to wash an oversized washable rug. Washed for 20 minutes $10, dried on medium partially dry didn't want to shrink for 15 minutes @ $1.00, next time I will dry on Medium again but for another 10 min. Clean and very helpful. Nice customers no transients nearby, very safe for coming alone mostly families. I will use again for My rugs. read more

The mat was really clean, lots of machines, got busy around noon on a Friday, but I was still able to get 5 machines at once. The attendant is really nice and helpful. A little pricey about $7 per load. Will definitely come back when my machine at home acts up again OR if I just want to get a lot done at once. read more

Visitors, this my first time doing laundry outside in 40 years. In time things has changed. Machines are clean. Staff on site very helpful. I guess the aisles to me was very narrow for double carts to go through. Open doors for both side machines will definitely clog up the aisles movements. But overall I think this place was better. Let's face it. Nobody wants to go to a laundromat if they don't have to. But sometimes, that weighted king size comforter needs washing, or the machine at home is broken. Drive the extra miles, and go to Teddy's in Fontana. They are much better than the laundromats here locally in Rancho. They have a lot of machines, and I only saw one that was broken. The attendant is friendly and helpful. The bathroom is clean. The machines are also clean. The industrial washers are pricey (10.50) but they are clean, and made short work of that comforter, and as a matter of fact, you could probably wash two or three comforters at once. I will visit again, and just bring all of the big stuff that needs to be washed in one trip. read more

Fantastic new laundromat! I didn't try the new machines, but they look brand new and all working. You can use cash, coin or card. The fluff and fold service was excellent. I brought my own soap and softener, but they include their own with the price. It was $1.50 a pound and they weigh it there for you. It was done in a day. Everything was cleaned, folded and put into a clear plastic bag. Too easy!! Love this place read more

Machines worked well. $5.50 for a large wash and $1.00 in all to dry. For sure caters to Latinos as most everything was in Spanish. No help or assistance for English speakers. Relatively safe area in the daytime. It gets very hot inside. Clean and well kept machines. read more

I remember it was struggle to get a dryer and washer because there be only 8 washers working and two dryers working. But now in new owner shipper it's so fast and easy to get my clothes done !!! Came here to wash big heavy duty blankets and small carpets. I put them all in the biggest load and it did a great job and finished quick! Everything here was neat, clean and every machine worked. I love the feature that you can add more time to the washing machines for just a little bit more money, I like my clothes to be really really clean so this is just great, also you can get a Teddys card and load it with your credit card and don't have to worry about quarters. I do this every week. The place is spotless and the assistants are awesome so helpful.the owner is such a gentleman he helped me to bring my baskets full of clothes inside.
