I got a…read moreservice tech at my door today that said we were signed up for the pro service and could get basically the same at the premium rate $40 cheaper so he adjusted our account and didn't have to extend our contract. I will say that when we signed up we were told that the service was normally over $300 per treatment and we were getting a deal at $180 a treatment but after the tech came to the door acting like the $180 was the normal price for the service I think we were lied to and did get any discount for signing a 2 year contract.

I don't care how good their pest control is (and it sounds like it sucks), but if you have such complete disregard for a community and its homeowners, there's no way you'd ever get my business!

John M. was my technician and he was great. His attention to detail and thoroughness was outstanding. He arrived early after verifying that was OK with me. He clearly explained everything he was going to do and why. He sprayed every nook and cranny both inside and out of the house, and enthusiastically showed me a couple of wasps nests and giant spiders that he found (I had no idea they were there). The…read moremosquitoes in this area are voracious and I'd hoped to reduce them to the point where I actually can work on my garden. At first, I was not quite sure if I wanted to add the pest control package but finally decided as I had a mouse problem in my garage and ants in the house. I'm so glad I bought both packages. Since the Healthy Home Pest technicians have been coming I have not been bitten by a mosquito (it is mid summer now) even though I work in my garden every day and cook out frequently. For the pest control package, I could not believe how many times I've called them. I had problems ranging from ants to carpenter bees to a wasp nest. Each time I've called, they've arrived the same day or the next day to fix the problem. I'm so glad I have their service for my house. I'll definitely renew our contract next year.
