Although they are pretty good about arranging payment plans (anything to get the money), they are absolutely terrible about scheduling service. They have on more than one occasion scheduled my service then double booked the technician and left me with a wasted day waiting for them. It makes you wonder what programs they use or if their staff are properly trained at all. I would switch companies if any others were any better, but service everywhere is in the dumpster. I'm just disappointed; 6 years with them and they keep making the same mistakes. read more

They destroyed our car. It's completely unacceptable. I can't believe someone would do this to your car. At first, they tried to say it wasn't them. After we called the police & got the camera footage they decided to take responsibility. In the meantime, we don't have a car & have to go through the inconvenience of fixing it. read more

DO NOT USE. We relied upon Arrow for a home inspection prior to buying a house. Shortly after we moved in, we discovered frass on the floor and cabinets indicating active dry wood termites in our kitchen. We had Arrow come back out to inspect and they stated that we had termites and they had now swarmed which indicated that the termites had been present in the house for years. When we asked Arrow to please help us (refund inspection fee or even a small discount on tenting the house), they refused to do anything to compensate us and claimed it was IMPOSSIBLE that their inspector missed the problem. Even though the inspector had left the company and no one had spoken to him. Even though we discovered the frass immediately because it was so obvious. Arrow also quickly pointed fingers at the seller and said she must have "cleaned it up" prior to the inspection. Then what is the point of having an inspection at all? When we contacted an attorney, he/she said he/she had other complaints involving Arrow that were the subject of litigation. So, I guess it's not so impossible that their inspections are worthless after all. Save your money and just look for yourself. read more

Very disappointed in this company since they took over Falcon Lawn and pest. Had Falcon for many years. WORST customer service from Arrow, I will be firing them today as I've been waiting 3 weeks to have my lawn cut and waiting a week to hear from them, including today I asked for a manager to call. We attempted to hire Arrow for lawn care. The man who came out to inspect seemed knowledgeable. We attempted to sign a contract. They used an app for the contract. We kept having problems using their app. Two weeks of back & forth. The office staff stated they didn't know how the app worked & didn't know what was in the contract. We sent the contract back we thought. Last Friday my husband sat around for 4 hours for the scheduled first treatment & no one showed. My husband called the office & the woman at the office said she didn't get the contract so no one was coming. They had our credit card on record for payment. Yesterday we received a copy of our signed contract in pdf format. Even though my husband corrected them several times. The name on the contract was wrong. Why couldn't they have used pdf in the first place? Why couldn't they have sent the person providing the service? We canceled. If it was my business I would either train the office staff or replace them. Extremely disappointed. read more

Originally the Service Manger, Charlie, came out to handle my service. He was wonderful and came up with a great plan to fix my pest issue! Now, my service is through Justin. Justin is an amazing technician. He always takes his time when servicing my house. I know he's doing a thorough investigation into the problem. Everyone I've spoken with is really nice and patient. I also appreciate the HUGE reduction in pests I've experienced. read more

At first Arrow Pest Control might seem like they care about you as a consumer, but make no mistake- THEY DO NOT. I have been an Arrow Customer for over a year and a half, and in that time I have received a wide variety of their services: indoor/outdoor, yard pest, termite services, etc, without ever missing a single payment or scheduled appointment. As a result, one would assume that at the bare minimum I would have been treated kindly and fairly by a business that supposedly prides itself on "customer first" service. That was absolutely not the case.  In the beginning, they would call prior to their arrival (per our instructions), to ensure that they could gain access to our house . A few months later, we began receiving invoices at our doorstep without anyone having even setting foot inside our house for our INDOOR pest service, forcing us to have to call and request that return to finish the job that we had paid them to do. We knew they hadn't been inside because they just stopped calling. They had simply begun to skip a portion of the services that we pay for, with no explanation or notice.  The yard would be treated during bad weather, lacking any sort of thoroughness, method, or care. Worst of all, I continued to have issues with chinch bugs even after months of service, a clear indication of the ineffective job that had been done. And all the while, the invoice slips kept coming as the level of service continued to deteriorate.  I called about these issues several times, and those I spoke to at Arrow were not only unsympathetic to my situation,  they actually seemed annoyed by my requests. I made the easy decision to move my pest control services elsewhere- and our attempt to discontinue our services with Arrow is where our experience went from bad to worse. To begin with, if you wish to cancel your services, you are required to do so personally with a manager, who as you might guess by now is nearly *impossible* to reach by phone. How convenient! The first four attempts I made to contact this person were met with messages given to him to call me back. After finally reaching a manager, I told him I wanted to cancel all services, and upon hearing the reason for my call, the initial faked politeness in his voice was immediately replaced by one of pure apathy and indignation. He begrudgingly told us they would cancel our services, but that we would be still under termite contract until May. (Keep in mind still a customer of Arrow) I rightfully requested a copy of my termite contract for future services elsewhere and for my personal records, and I was given the same run around by the office staff. They outright lied to me about sending a copy of my contract "later today" on three separate occasions, and after another two weeks and no sign of this document, I stopped by the office in person, and was told that they had "lost the paperwork" and would send it the next day. Fast forward another entire week without receiving anything, and I called and asked to speak to the Branch Manager. I was assured that he would personally take care of the situation, and that I could a letter on Arrow letterhead with my info emailed promptly. We've still not received this document, and to make matters worse, we discovered that due to a bookkeeping error on their part when filling out our paperwork initially, our name was never associated with our physical address and the property that they had been paid to treat. Whether out of spite, or just a general lack of customer focus, they have now refused to send us a copy with our names on it. If you're noticing a pattern of promised service followed by inaction, lies, and sheer laziness, it's because that's how Arrow Pest Control operates. There's no personal attention, they're completely apathetic about the quality of service they offer, and there's no way to guarantee or trust that you are even getting the services your paying them for.  We've since switched over to a LOCAL company who actually realizes that longevity and success as a business depends on the satisfaction of its customers, and I wish I would have found them before we signed up with Arrow. Please don't make the same mistake. read more

The service for both termite and bug control has been great. The technicians have been friendly and timely. I have had the termite service for 25 years and it was a good things as both houses on each side of me have had damage. Got the bug control because I needed the outside of the house sprayed to help with the bugs that get inside. I called and they were there the next day. read more

Use another company. They will take your money and blame the issues on things not in existence or associated. Ended up getting home tented by another company. They will harass you about bills, though. Even if they don't complete a quarterly service call. read more
