He replaced all the outdoor bait stations and took care to not destroy my landscaping. I had bundled service with Turner and never had a problem with pest control. I was never contacted and decided to call and received the same song and dance about a supervisor. After not hearing from anyone again I decided to cancel Turner. It cost me $455 to fix my lawn. They keep sending me the bill for the poor service and again offered to have a supervisor contact me. I told them to send me the bill because I won't give them any info over the phone. I've hired a new service, Lawn looks great and no bugs.

Recently I brought him to a relative's house for the first time so I'm going to use that as my review basis so you have a picture from the beginning inspection. My relatives live in the woods and are surrounded by trees so the were having issues with a few different pests. I was at the house and let John in for his first inspection. We walked the inside and outside of the house together, I told him the concerns. As we were walking the outside (it's a large house on a large piece of property so it was a walk!) John showed me different things to watch for but also took an extra step and showed me where some trees and plants needed trimming away from the home, what to do with the gutters, etc. At one point he found some damage on the backside of the house on the chimney, he checked it, confirmed it was minor water damage and showed me exactly what was going to need to be replaced and how easy it would be to take care of. John then went to his truck and custom mixed a batch of what he thought would work best for the home. He went through the house (inside and out) and told me we were good to go for the next 6 months and to call him if I had any questions or concerns before he came back in October. John really took his time here and did not rush or make me feel rushed at all. I'm sure some of the questions I asked were basic but he made sure to thoroughly go through every question and go the extra mile by showing me things to do to the house to help keep up the prevention. John and Amy really take care of their clients and treat you like family. Amy handles the calls, emails, and scheduling and keeps everything running smooth! She's always quick to return any calls or emails that come her way! For example, last week they went into the wooded area of my neighbor's lot where they collected a ziploc bag of termintes from a fallen pine tree. It was then taped (unsealed) to my door with the live termites in it along with a note expressing concern finding these near our yard with multiple exclamation points. He then called my wife to express his concern and pitch a conversation about their termite treatment/protection products. I wonder how many people have fallen for that?

Terrible service. This all started 5/27/26 when we hired Florida Pest Control to rid us a sudden…read moremice problem. We signed a contract and paid $1570.12 for their services. Additionally, after they installed a garage door seal, we were to pay them an additional $422.44. They came out 6/1/26 and set traps in the attic and sealed various potential entry spots around the house and on the roof. They removed what they determined to be a faulty garage door seal and once removed, discovered the replacement they bought wouldn't fit. They left saying they would order the new seal and return the next week to install it. Almost every day since, the billing department called or sent an email to pay the $422.44 for the new seal. I explained every time they called, that they in fact had not yet installed the seal and that when they did, I would be happy to pay. Over the course of the next month, we set up appointments to return to check their traps (never caught any) and get that garage door seal installed and I kid you not, they stood us up 6 times! In fact, they stood us up more times than they actually showed. They were unresponsive to phone calls and once when we called the office, the person on the phone chastised us for not having checked the website scheduling system. However, even when we did check the appointment on the website, they also failed to show! Now, where they WERE prompt in calling us was the billing department! Still being billed (and threatening collections) for that garage door part we still did not have in over a month, we were told by an office manager that they had failed to order it and hopefully it would come the next week. They finally came to install the garage door seal but interestingly enough after working several hours on it, and discovering that it was too difficult for just two of their people to install, they said they might have to come back with a third. Rather than put it off for who knows how long, my husband ended up being the third person to finally get it installed. I promptly paid the $422.44 the next day, knowing once I paid it, we would probably never hear from them again, despite STILL having mice. My traps on the inside of the house were the ONLY ones catching anything, and frequent phone calls to the office manager, the tech, etc. were often neither answered nor returned. Finally, on 8/4/26, after not having seen a tech in over a month, my husband got a hold of someone and asked if anyone could come and check the traps and we were assured a tech would come the next day. Well, you guessed it, we got stood up again! So, on 8/6/26, my husband called and said that we were done---to just come collect their traps. Despite the fact we paid for a year of coverage, we no longer wanted them at our house. If we needed further pest control we would hire another company. Interestingly enough, the next day, it appears FPC contracted another Exterminator company to come collect the traps---they couldn't even send out a tech from their own company. So sorry to have hired and wasted so much money on them. Never again. In reading the other reviews, it seems this is an ongoing problem with their company. Don't know. Just know we will never use them again, and certainly never recommend them.
