Deeply Disappointed - A Cautionary Tale If you're a new homeowner looking for reliable sewer work, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Our experience with Jonathan Jennings and his company was nothing short of a nightmare, and we feel compelled to share the details so others can avoid the same frustration. The project was initially estimated to take one week. In reality, it dragged on for nearly two months. From the very beginning, communication was abysmal. We were repeatedly told that our water would be turned back on by the end of the day--only to return home to a house with no running water. This happened multiple times, and each time we were left scrambling to make alternative arrangements. Jonathan's bid on the project was inaccurate. He assured us that the work could be completed without cutting into the driveway. That turned out to be false. Not only did the driveway have to be cut, but Jonathan also refused to complete the concrete repair in a reasonable timeframe. To make matters worse, he demanded full payment before the driveway was restored, claiming it was a "separate job"--even though the need for driveway work was a direct result of his own miscalculation. As the delays mounted, so did the excuses. Eventually, Jonathan began screening our calls and refusing to respond, even while our home was still without water. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable in any industry, but especially when dealing with something as essential as a home's water and sewer system. To top it all off, near the end of the project, we discovered that no permit had been filed with the county. We had to personally call and confirm this with the county office. Only after we confronted Jonathan did he finally submit the permit. When the inspector came out, the project failed inspection due to multiple errors--further delaying completion. There were other issues as well, but frankly, this review is already long enough. The bottom line is this: communication and honesty are the foundation of any reputable business, and this company demonstrated neither. What should have been a straightforward project turned into a stressful, drawn-out ordeal that left us without basic utilities for far too long. I would not recommend this company to anyone--especially not to new homeowners who are already juggling the challenges of settling into a new place. requested for foundation repairs, including I beams. They charged 600$ to cut Sheetrock and haul it away. They left it. They also did not file a permit with the city. Terrible work all the way around. Not completed on time. read more

Falcon Foundations has been to our home this past week and we couldn't be happier. From the day Brandon came to our home, looked at what we needed done, and detailed exactly what needed to be done, we were impressed! We had 5 companies total come out and talk to us about the repair needed. We had a professional surveyor come out and actually evaluate what should be done. He actually recommended Falcon over 2 other companies we had bids from!!! We have been impressed with their neatness, punctuality, work ethic,courtesy, actually knowing what to do, and pleasant! Several days were over 90 degrees out but they busted it!!! Never stopped working, everyone seemed to have a job, Carlos looked like the "ring leader", perfectly ran that bobcat...Tall Jonathan, the" big man" met with us checking out everything and recommended tie backs for a section of the wall that had a heater attached to plumbing, which worked perfectly. They installed a new sump pump and a battery backup at our request. All the bids were scarey, but this was a huge job. We felt for what all they did it was well worth it. INVESTORS BEWARE: Update: After speaking with the owner of this company about the lack of communication/inability to produce a result regarding an agreement, he said I was a *ussy/coward if I left a review. I never once insulted him or rose my voice during the conversation, and this is another example of the unprofessional conduct of Falcon Foundation. I asked for an estimate for a property that I am closing on. This person was recommended to me by an agent. I've reached out to him over 10 times through call and text over a period of 2 weeks. He never responded to my messages or calls after visiting the property. Very unprofessional and would not recommend him. If you are an investor purchasing properties you will not receive your numbers prior to hitting your inspection contingency date so ensure you receive bids from companies that will produce results instead of insults. If I could give a zero, I would! I am a neighbor of a house Falcon Foundations was hired to do foundation work for. This company did not talk to me, or get permission to put dirt on my property, but piled a 4 foot mound the length of my house, all in my yard. The dirt was piled around my air conditioning unit and touching my house. When I called to complain, the owner told me "It would have been harder to put the dirt in the yard they were working in." and "I am at the lake, there is not much I can do about it." It took 2 weeks for them to do anything about it. They put the dirt back, but I still have tire tracks and an uneven yard. They put down seed and left. It was late July in Kansas, that seed is not going to grow. They ruined my yard and left it for me to deal with. Very lazy company that does not care about or fix the mess they make! read more
