The company that I work for in the Red Bank area has been using Arrow limousine since the mid 1990's. We use them because they are reliable, efficient and their drivers are always professional, friendly and well equipped with GPS navigation to get you to your destination without any trouble. Their reservation staff is top notch, both friendly, accomodating knowledgeable, and efficient. Their cars are always clean, new and very comfortable. Whatever your needs are, they can meet them, be it a town car, limo, SUV, van or small bus like vehicle. Have used Arrow since I moved to Monmouth County 4 years ago. Arrow's service is generally reliable, only twice out of dozens of trips have there been any problems. One was a texting problem that the driver had (his text never arrived) and there was no one in the office that night answering the phone, so I had to take a cab home from the airport. I was disappointed that Arrow treated this as my error ... since the driver swore he texted me for the pickup. Another was an error in booking for which Arrow profusely apologized and offered compensation. Overall, though I am very happy with their service. Having an account with them makes booking easy and saves time at the end of the trip. I book by telephone, though, as Arrow's website requires too frequent password changes for it to be convenient. read more

Arrow is perfection. Each driver is professional yet personable. Help I have received when booking my rides is above reproach. My last trip; returning to Newark Airport. Of course, there is construction in the terminal and getting lost was really easy!. Arrow had a greeter Jenny find me in this construction haystack deep in the bowels of the baggage area for United through texting and calling my cell. She was amazing. Class Act!.. I have been using Arrow for a very long time. Everyone there has always been extremely pleasant, and easy to do business with. 'm picky about car services and Arrow absolutely nailed it. Booked them for a ride to LAX and got Karlton M. as my driver -- total pro. Car was immaculate inside and out, cold water waiting, phone chargers ready to go. Karlton was on time, friendly without being overbearing, and drives like he's transporting royalty. He knew alternate routes to avoid traffic and got me there early with zero stress. You can tell Arrow trains their team well, and Karlton is a standout. Worth every penny for peace of mind + comfort. I fly a lot for business and pleasure and I have used Arrow for at least 10 years. Arrow is always on time (usually early) and is flexible. If my flight is late or the weather is bad, I don't have to worry about whether I will have a ride. They are always there and do everything to make me comfortable. They save information so you don't have to give them your home address or other information. Love Arrow Limousine. Always on time and always very courteous. They know my husband is tall and always have the front passenger seat pushed up so he has plenty of room in the back seat for his legs.
