Besides their well stocked cigarettes and a variety of everything you could ever want or need for smoking and vaping, they also have some unrelated, ever changing stock of potentially useful and sometimes very random and unique general household items, ranging from toys, to fresh made incense and oils, general auto care supplies, kitchen gadgets, tools and small appliances, popular and handy DIY tools, sewing supplies, laundry and cleaning supplies , hygiene and hair care.. I always take a look... And as most people have already mentioned.. The customer service has always been top notch for me, since day 1. They know how to take good care of their customers. In my opinion, they go beyond the typical rewards card offers other smoke shops tend to do.. While rewards card offers aren't necessarily bad. You can make the argument either way.. Personally, I feel like the rewards card method in this niche, while it's systematic approach aims to be a cost effective way to benefit everyone on all sides equally, it has it's limitations and lacks personalization, and feels distant, in its automation, and feels like someone is just doing their job. Their prices are competitive, and when you've spent a good amount of money there, they often go the extra mile to throw in discounts or add in a small free gift. And they tend to remember you when you come back in again.. I feel like, It's those small spontaneous gestures that let you know you are appreciated as a customer. I have been to their other location only once, it's also worth checking out.

Prices are by far the best that I've seen in Southern California yet. Clean restroom, great ventilation, snacks and candy for when that buzz creeps up on you. Staff was amazing as is the lounge itself. Plenty of comfortable seating with easy access to ashtrays and lighters no matter where you sit. TV had baseball on when I got here, and then switched over to some great ambient visuals when the game was over. Great jazz music playing in the background, but not too loud that you can enjoy a conversation. Great membership option as well!!! Street parking right outside the front door, and a private lot with a back entrance in the rear of the building. If you haven't been here yet and are looking for somewhere new for a great cigar experience, you must try this place!! Minimum 25-minute drive for me when I'm visiting, but well with every minute. Don't catch my drift? I was invited to walk behind the counter to handpick which flavor vape I wanted. The man kept grabbing my waist, and kept leaning into my breasts. After quickly choosing a flavor, he tried to convince me to go to the back of the shop. I was hesitant to write this review because men who act this way are likely to be married :( I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, but that was plenty of time to be violated and traumatized. Females beware.
