They rolled out the red carpet for us, booked a step-on guide, helped us find the right hotel and then greeted us at all our locations. Both Rosalee and Kristi were willing to help out in any way possible. And I was very impressed that Rosalee greeted us on Sunday night. Leavenworth is full of hidden treasures. While I have expressed my disappointment to the owner/manager, not sure what he is, he has been done nothing but say BS apologies with nothing to back them up. He has given every excuse ranging from "rebranding" to "the drivers fault" and he continues to say he will call us to talk about how he can make it better (this was all via text). Well it's now been almost two months and he has stopped returning my messages and has yet to really do anything to fix/solve the issue. I advise to stay away from the bus company unless you're ready to deal with a mess

Unfortunately, Kincaid bus company took that away from them today. They never showed up. Someone did not get a piece of paper to cross state lines, then they jerked us around for almost an hour saying they could get it then couldn't, then could, then couldn't, etc. eventually. We sent everyone home. One of our clients was so devistated that they were in tears over this because this was so exciting to them. The lady on the phone, Amber, apologized but was not helpful and was not all that friendly. We had already pre-ordered park tickets that we don't know if we can even get that money back. This was months of planning down the drain and it completely ruined the weekend for our clients. I would never use them again or recommend them. We decided to try this company after using King's Highway for years due to lower cost, but now we see why this one was so much cheaper-they don't guarantee your trip will even happen. I will always use King's Highway from now on, lesson learned, unfortunately at the expense of some very disappointed people. I cannot believe a "professional" charter company would not think ton have paperwork done to cross state lines since that is common knowledge. Worst experience with customer service I have ever had.
