Our issue came just a few days before the trip. I had booked it and wanted to not worry, but instead I had this creeping feeling that they wouldn't have the right car seat. I had to write back to confirm our reservation, and again on the car seat I said it is for a 1 year old, needs to be rear facing. Right before the trip he writes back, "Oh i do not have rear facing" and... end communication. I wrote back "What kind of seat is it, is it convertible?" and he had dropped at that point. Not exactly reliable for something like an airport shuttle that makes their living on being reliable. Luckily I was able to find another one right before the trip. They might have been a notch more expensive but was 100% more professional and reliable.

Ten days prior to our wedding (May 31), we received a phone call that our reserved bus would no longer be available as it would be in the shop. To make matters worse, they said no other vehicles were available from their company nor from their partner company's fleets. They offered no solution; just that 10 days out from our wedding, we were on our own. We scrambled to find an available bus from other companies on our own. While we eventually found one, the only one available ended up being hundreds of dollars more expensive than Prestige's would have been. We thought it would be fair for Prestige to compensate us this difference since we ultimately lost money by booking with them; however, after various phone calls, we learned via a manager that the VP didn't feel that they owed us that. TLDR: Prestige cancelled our wedding day transportation 10 days beforehand, and we ultimately lost hundreds of dollars by booking with Prestige.

And we were already 30 minutes past pickup time. We drove ourselves. After three days I got an email saying they would refund my money. No apology or even an attempt at an explanation. Don't use them. It's not worth the stress.
