I just joined Arrowhead Credit Union about eight months ago and they are unbelievably professional. The entire staff are kind and professional. I left Chase down the hill for this Credit Union. I was so tired of having to pay fee after fee after fee and they have not let me down it is so nice. One of the things they said to me was once we have your money from Social Security or your pension. It will be in your account and boy. Were they right? I get my money sometimes 5 to 6 days Early And as a senior with a fixed income, that is so unbelievably nice. You have no idea they have stood by their word and it's just so nice to open the door and see smiling faces. They're kind they have free money orders. That is nice when you're on a fixed income. I just have nothing but wonderful things to say about them not having to go down the hill no fees, just the kindest employees ever love them. read more

I have been with Arrowhead Credit Union for 19 years. Every employee has been courteous, friendly and understood banking. When I had a problem with my account, the employee took extra time to help me work it out. I recommend this branch. read more

Might be time to dump this Credit Union. I can use an online service like Uber without them blocking the transaction. This has caused many problems. I called and called to fix the problem yet they say they did but didn't. It's like being 7 years old and mommy has my wallet in her purse. Arrowhead.... You use to be a good credit union. I have been with Arrowhead Credit Union in Crestline for about 28 years and have mostly had a positive experience. Even though they are going through an upgraded website application change that has had some issues, I give them 4 stars because in every new application, regardless of the institution, there is always a learning curve. The only issue I ever had with my money at this institution was with some bonds I bought from them and which I misplaced. They couldn't help me recover the bonds and that was a disappointment but other than that, I have been treated with the utmost care and respect. read more

Only giving this place one star because the security guard doesn't wear a mask and talks to everyone who walks by. Very scary bcuz this is the bank my mom goes to, and she has pre-existing conditions! Please be careful when going here! Edit: I appreciate the quick response and will adjust my rating. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Checked in for my appointment 5 minutes early, I was never greeted and worst of all no one ever showed up to the appointment. Keep in mind several tellers saw me sitting there for about 20 minutes. read more

Went in at noon on a Wednesday and got to work with Josselyn. She was AMAZING! I was trying to get a credit card with a lower interest rate and even though I didn't get approved, I really appreciate that she really took the time to go over how the credit card worked as well as how to help boost my credit and how hard checks could affect my credit. She also set up a checking for me, made sure I wouldn't incurr any fees and printed me a debit card ALL BEFORE I LEFT. She is amazing and so are all of the other employees. I love speaking with one of the amazing tellers there as well; I believe her name is ms. Lee? Sorry I forgot her name but she is always cheerful and does everything she can to help. I am bummed that they will no longer be doing shared branching but their service and the lengths they go to for their clients is absolutely amazing. Thanks Josselyn! read more

This CU used to be customer service focused and so friendly... today, it's been swallowed up by big bank mentality, it is now just like dealing with some unfeeling big bank that could care less about there customers. We were told that the back office "doesn't have the man power to support the transaction request". Then we asked for a phone number directly to the branch... nope, welcome to the BofA experience... not allowed to give it out anymore as everyone has to call the 800 number and wait on hold and give the reason why you want to talk with the branch. If I could give them less stars I would. They don't even open until noon during the week and most days they close at 5pm -- and the ATM is not working half the time on top of that! The next closest branch is a half hour drive, so it is incredibly inconvenient. To make matters worse, our account has been hacked 3 times in two months! Last time was a week and a half ago, got a new card and it was hacked AGAIN today. So tired of our account being shut off and being robbed! 3 different cities, hacked 3 times -- and they aren't open to help! They need to FIX the security problem! We aren't the only ones either, a co-worker has had is card from them hacked repeatedly too. This time $100 stolen from us. We have had enough and are closing our account. We are actually wondering if THEY are selling the debit card numbers, or if someone working for the bank is stealing them?????? read more

LOVE the people in this branch! HATE the odd hours. But I will gladly put up with it because the customer service is outstanding!

The reason that I give it one star is because the women in the credit union stand around chatting and exchanging gossip while there is a line of people waiting for a teller. I think business should be conducted first. In addition, all employees should refrain from town gossip and remain professional. I will search for another credit union. read more

I came here to open a simple checking account after my previous banking institute changed certain regulations on my account. The lady that greeted me informed me of the stipulations to open a checking account (minimum of $25, must live in San Bernardino county, etc.) quickly and signed me up within no time. I was in and out within 30 minutes or so with a brand new account, debit card in hand, and great information. read more

I have been banking with Credit union since 1995, and only have great things to say about this place. I personally can't understand why there would be any bad reviews at all because the people have always been nothing but nice to me. I've had no problems since I've banked with them. I've known every banker that has come in and out of there. My parents started banking with them since 1986 and they were also super with them. Never had any problems.
