Went to this bank over a week ago to deal with fraud . The young man though nice was giving , I'm new here vibes." He told me I had to contact visa to get my money that was stolen back. I understand however I asked should you be doing something like make a report. He said no you have a relationship with the vendor u call them then if they need us they call. I don't feel this was right and asked to speak to a manager who was sitting in back like an over seer in a gambling hall. He went to let her know and she refused to come over because she did not . I stayed in the lobby contacted the company who said what's the incident number and I asked what number she said the bank should have a report of fraud . I went back and told him and he said well I could do that. I asked him why he didn't in the first place . He said I had to call the vendor first ... I left feeling like my needs were not addressed to the point I called main number to verify. He had paraphrased my statement in such a way if u was the dispute committee I would not give me money back . I have been a member for 40 years but today will drive past that branch on hospitality to a branch further from home to take out money so I can open an account elsewhere read more

I tried for 45 minutes to stop payment on a check. When I called I selected the option to stop payment. When that number came up on it just repeated all the options . I finally selected another number and a girl answered and tried to help. I don't think she knew what to do. She was telling me to press the red button on my website and I didn't have a red button. It was very difficult to understand her and I kept having to ask her to repeat it. I finally gave up and hung up. I will now have to go to an office to take care of this. I really don't want to go out as I have so many other things to take of. What a disappointment. read more

I love this bank and everyone there is so nice. I will never go back to. bank of America. they sto e $80 dollars out of my account and never offer to give it back and I had proof that it was in there bank and the manager end agreed but they neverbgavevitnback to me so I took the rest of my money out and never returned to that bank again. that was 32 years ago. I still talk badly about them who ever is looking for a bank. I tell them never go there go to Arrowhead credit union instead. I have been there all these years and always great service even when I get scammed they take great care of me too. thank you arrowhead credit bank for your great service. Some time my account will get Sometime I do get locked out of my account but it's usually for the good because there are charges on there that I never made and they take great care of me. So if some one is having trouble with the bank they need to look at what they are did not what the bank did because they are usually right and they will tell you if they did wrong also. The service here is so bad I have no words. Every time is I go there, and it's usually during a busy time, this branch has two (2) tellers open. Several times I've spoken up while in line, requesting more tellers to be opened. It is very frustrating to see employees walking from place to place in the back or room to room, and the line has seven or more customers! There appears to be little regard for the customer's (my) time. I have decided there are too many fish in the sea, Arrowhead does not offer any money sending apps, or cards with 'tap' they are so behind the times. I have realized they are not meeting my needs nor are they attempting to treat me as a valued customer. I love the location, but not worth my time anymore. read more

Terrible bank don't waste your time. Had this bank for about a month and so much complications. They're mobile app is trash and always has a problem allowing you to access your information. They declined my card at Costcos gas. Then I went to ATM and wasn't allowed to take cash out. After I called the 24 hr customer service and still nothing was solved. Today is the 14 of November and they're not allowing me to touch any of MY money until November 22 jus because it's a "New" account with a SUSPICIOUS direct deposit that I MYSELF deposited into with an ATM. I work 6 days 12-15 hour shifts and I'm not able to go into the bank personally. So the only people who can actually "HELP" me is the 24 hour customer service and they're no help at ALL. I love this bank but unfortunately the mobile app is always down for maintenance or it just is not working right. This has been an issue for about two now and by now their technicians should have fixed this problem already. But everything else like banking there, cleanliness abs friendly staff is great but I had to give it a three stars because of the inconvenience for the mobile app read more
