It's not professional to make assumptions when the umbilical cord comes back with no drugs in it I think she deserves an apology for making assumptions and hurting her feelings and making her cry very unprofessional...

He makes sure to connect with my toddler aged daughter on every visit and makes her feel so comfortable. He also never makes me feel rushed or ridiculous as I take him through my list of paranoid first time mom questions. I feel that he is very balanced and also respectful of my opinions. I admire his experience and expertise. We are expecting our second baby now and won't bat an eye an driving over an hour for double the appointments. Their nurses line is also great and I love that it's available 24/7. When my daughter was up in the middle of the night a few weeks ago with a sickness, it gave me great peace to be able to communicate with a professional. At this office, they are very reasonable and not alarmist, which is really important to me and I assume, any first time parent.

He was so kind and gent and approachable. He even have great parenting tips. We had another grandchild who needed help over the weekend. He was out of town but his NP MaryKate was right on top of it. She was very helpful and kept in touch until the issue was resolved. Take it from a former NICU nurse. This is where I would have taken my children.

He takes the time to develop rapport with his patients and families, understands issues fully, listens well and even uses American Sign Language with my daughter. They have always had an opening that day for sick appointments and we've never waited in the waiting room for more than 2 minutes before being called back, yes seriously! As a result, she screams at parents at the top of her lungs and dictates medical decisions that should be made only by doctors. My family has gone to this office from elementary years through high school and we have been happy with the care here at every age. We love their informative Instagram account (see pics attached)!
