She always takes as much (or as little time) as needed. And I know that she treats all of her patients that same way. In addition her staff is exactly the same way. I don't have to visit her often, but when my wife and/or I do have to see her, her staff always makes us feel at home and greets us by name. Most other medical places I've been to, you go in, tell the receptionist that you have an appointment and they ask you for your name. When I go to see Sara, the receptionist says, "Hi Adam! Have a seat and Sara will be with you in a few minutes." And I've NEVER waited for ore than five minutes or so before being put into a room. Sara always comes in pretty much right after her nurse takes my blood pressure etc. I highly recommend!

He prescribed medicine used for a condition that I didn't even have, forcing me to waste money on it. I knew all along that I needed antibiotics for a sinus infection, but he failed to give them to me the first time. I had no choice but to return to his office a second time, causing me into paying yet another copay. He finally prescribed the antibiotics and I got over the infection, but it was only after a completely unnecessary visit that I still had to pay for!
