A lot of people on here like to think that people have it out for this guy, but he likes to pass Him self as a local but at the end of the day doesn't do anything in the actual community he owns several stores all over and each one are terrible to go doesn't accept coupons. He doesn't do any of the mobile scans being told to go to 711 is not the answer hear. He does how ever just sell overpriced we wanted to we could just go to the supermarket and get the exact same. The only thing he does is ruin our community by selling different smoking paraphernalia where are less expensive than lighters next to them you and your entire business are the reason why people don't come to the mountain. read more

I found this place online and needed to make a trip there while I was in town. So, We walked in, and I was like oh!, nice big shop with lots of variety. I had some questions regarding a vape pen and Bob and Kevin were both extremely helpful, my friend also had some questions regarding her infrequent seizures and what would be a good fit for her. She ended up purchasing what Kevin recommended and she LOVED it, helped her to relax and get some good sleep. I also purchased a few items that I was really happy with. I have never experienced a more deplorable customer service experience. Visited this place twice. Both times was treated like an idiot. With 20+ years experience in the glass industry these guys are clowns. Walk in today even after a terrible experience last time. Was wearing a mask. Employee was NOT. I ask if we are wearing masks. He tells me "it's the law and you have to". Then why aren't you wearing a mask? I stepped closer to read a price tag. Still wearing my mask. I was then scolded for standing too close to the counter. I'm surprised by all the one star reviews. I've been coming here since they opened and they've always had everything I need for my vape. They also have a HUGE inventory of everything you'd need from a smoke shop. I even saw people getting cigars from their giant humidor. They also sell much more other merchandise like hats, candles, incense and gifts. They were also wearing a mask and sell masks too. I definitely recommend this great store. read more

The customer service is awful, rude employees, the owner seems like he can't be bothered with literally anything, and has been on the phone every time I've been in. Huge selection, but high prices, and customer service bad enough that I'd just get what I need when down the hill. Don't expect it to change either, if other local businesses are any indication. Last night I bought a vape tank from here. It blew up first time I used it. I took it back to replace or get a refund. The gut refused because of misuse. He said I was using wax (liquid) when it only works with vaoe oil. I never heard of that before in my 10 years if vaping. When I protested he physically pushed me out the door. I'm 70 years old, 100 percent disabled and on a fixed income. I lost $52.00 on this deal. He told me never to come back again. He didn't have to tell me that. read more
