The pickup from our flight at return was effortless as well. They knew our flight number and texted us when the plane landed. There was a delay with the plane coming into the gate but we eventually got off, got our bags, and met the driver who described their vehicle making pick up easy. Excellent service and polite staff. We'll use them again.

My friend had better luck, and albeit I was drinking, doesn't give her the right to be a complete B word. We got off to a bad start because she answered and she spoke so fast, I couldn't understand her so I had to say, "wait, what?" I told her the address I was at, and first she asked East or West, and I wasn't sure and said "east, I think. I'm on 27th st S and Hennepin Ave, in uptown". Then she said "North or South?" and I said.."um.. south? I'm in uptown" She then says "this is your cab not mine, I don't care where they pick you up". Thank you lady, and isn't it your JOB to punch the address into the computer and it will tell you where I am? Frustrated, I hung up. My friend had better luck after she called back (not able to get through to rainbow or blue and white) and she said the address and said south (didn't i just say this?) and the cab was at the house within 5? minutes. It even called her when it was out front. The cab driver was nice, but he did drive extremely fast, and illegally at some point. I appreciated the hustle because it was late, and we were going to NE minneapolis, but it was still $22. I didn't have much money to give him as a tip, but because the lady was so rude from the start, i will try to use a different cab company in the future.

In fact it exceeded all my expectations. The bus itself was super cool, modern and well decorated- so much fun!! Our driver was great, helpful and courteous. It was very difficult to contact and get a respond from the company 2. The schedule was rigid & inconvenient, 7pm Sunday & 1pm Wednesday 3. The stories were NOT descriptive or even thrilling to hear. Very boring "I heard from someone" ... you can do better than that yourself. 5. There isn't much into the tour, first 30mins outside at Forepaugh's restaurant, the hop in the limo down to Landmark center, Court house and Summit ave. On foot on Summit Ave and the limo drove back to where you began. We happened to pick the tour on a hot day. There was no AC in the limo, It was sweaty hot & stuffy inside. It was not a fun experience. After all, with $39 per person, I got nothing out from this tour but a waste of time and money. So think twice if you see this deal !!! We did not get a limo; we got a poorly decorated and dirty party bus. There were six of us ladies in our group and a total of 12 on the bus. We decided to pick our battles by not making a scene and make the best of it. Lee is very wine informative and that is where it should stop. At every venue, Lee invaded our personal spaces. From my observation, I think Lee may believe himself to be somewhat of a charmer. At every turn, there he would be with this uncomfortable grin on his face which included some unwanted touches; nothing of a sexual nature, just touches...this made us all very uncomfortable. When we arrived back at our pickup location after the tour, we offered a tip (I always tip regardless of the service). It appeared we six ladies were the only ones to tip as Lee asked if the money we gave him was from everyone on the bus or from just us. When we told him the money was just from us six, Lee announced to us all, "lets see how much you gave me"; he then proceeded to count his tip money right there in front of us. He didn't seem to care, So we needed to get to Boston that night for a flight out early the next morning. At that moment, Northern Lights Taxi, who had brought us from Lake Placid to Saranac Lake Airport, was unloading our bags. He saw our trouble and made a few calls to other airports. None would help, so Derrick of Northern Light Taxi Service said he would take us to our Hotel in Boston. We loaded our stuff, and he got his co-pilot, Geneva, and for the next 5 hours or so, drove us through the rain and traffic to the hotel. We talked and learned about the cities and areas we rode through that night. When we got home, Derrick called to check if we had indeed made it back. In closing, if you are in need of a taxi service that you can trust to get you from point A to point B, then our recommendation is Northern Lights Taxi Serves.
