My daughter was late for first day of college (I had allowed half hour). I gave it a second chance. Parent confirmed same day. 1 hour and 15 minutes before time of service. Again, no show. My daughter called, they said "she wasn't scheduled". I called to cancel future services I was told "we were on our way and she didn't need a ride". Company lied and is not trust worthy.

Dean kept us entertained the entire time, my son was so impressed with him that he keeps asking, "when are we going to see Dean again?" I cannot say enough good about the service we have received from our driver. I also had the opportunity to meet the owner of the company, Penny, and the manager of the company, Starla. Both were professional and friendly making me feel that my business was appreciated. Thank you ladies, it was a pleasure meeting the two of you. I would highly recommend this company if you need someone dependable. Being able to book our times in advance was a nice option.

These guys ferried me back and forth for a couple of months. The drivers were all friendly and easy…read moreto talk with. The only major issue was the fact that they were consistently inconsistent. On any given day, I could call for a taxi and they'd arrive five minutes later. There were, however, a few times that they arrived 30 minutes later. There was one night that they took over an hour to arrive. Most of the time, this was not a problem. But, if you are on a deadline, I suggest that you prearrange pick up.
