The pickup from our flight at return was effortless as well. They knew our flight number and texted us when the plane landed. There was a delay with the plane coming into the gate but we eventually got off, got our bags, and met the driver who described their vehicle making pick up easy. Excellent service and polite staff. Day of, bright and early David was there just before our pick up time at 4:30am. He was personable, respectful and positive so early in the morning!
