Today was my second visit here. I usually go to the hand wash down the street. Mainly because the hand wash is a little cheaper. But‼ Let me tell you something. This car wash does an EXCEPTIONAL job of cleaning my car. I roll out of their lot looking like I'm driving a brand new car. I suppose I was used to mediocre output and service for the $8 I save down the street. But here, the staff is friendly, my car looks GREAT and it doesn't take them forever to get your car done. Took our new car for her first wash. Requested a hand wash with spray wax. $110 dollars later, the wait was on. The detailer quoted us an hour to and hour and fifteen minutes so when the text came through at 45 minutes it was ready, the skepticism was real. Upon a quick walk around the car looked okay but there were a few water spots that stood out and the detailer was more than glad to take care of them. We leave the wash and head to lunch and wow, completely missed the lower front end. Common sense would say if there's water spots, there was probably no wax that made it there. Given we have to park under the wonder jacarda trees our region has to offer, weekly washes and wax are key. I would recommend but I would also suggest do that full walk around before you leave. read more

I came in for what I thought would be a routine car wash just the second-tier option and walked out $51 lighter ($46 for the wash, plus a $5 tip). The wash itself took about 30 minutes, including vacuuming, wash, and interior wipe-down. I overheard the cashier talking to another customer explaining that rising costs of soap, water, rags, etc., are driving prices up. I get that it's not easy running a business right now. Of course I have my doubts if it is truly for those reasons. From a customer standpoint, it's just not sustainable or accessible. I make $34 an hour, so this 30-minute visit essentially cost me more than I make in that same amount of time. Unfortunately, I just can't justify coming back. I am a regular here. It's my local car wash. Today, the guys do a great job on my car all the time and everyone is so polite and helpful. Today, I came in and the cashier is an older person who hardly speaks the language. That's not the problem though. It's her attitude and lack of patience. A man before me was disputing the price with the cashier. He was very calm and polite. She was rude and impatient with him. She dismissed him and he walked away. I was next, I gave her my ticket and she said something to me, while she pointed at the screen. I couldn't quite get what she said. I assumed she wanted me to insert my card on the machine. So i did. She then asked me if I was the guy's wife? I said no. She scolded me and said that was not my transaction. She then asked me to insert my card again. I am afraid she charged me for the other guy's car and my own. She never apologized for her error. I am sitting here waiting for my cat to be done. I know it will be to my satisfaction. Went yesterday for a $38 wash and $30 coffee chair removal which wasn't big. After waiting an hour and a half .Half of my car was still dirty and I had to ask if they could remove some spots on the exterior. It looked as if my car wasn't washed inside tons of dust and dirt marks on the doors and the trunk wasn't even checked out. I texted one of the people who took my number to let me know when to pick up the car and he didn't respond. We decided to try another car wash because the previous place also did not clean well..our Hummer had to be hand washed because of how big the car is..for $135 we expected for the inside to be cleaned, armored, smell clean and vacuumed. Took my car in for car detailing on a Saturday. Mr. Teddy did an amazing job on my car. He's is masterful!! He took his time and it shows. I haven't had my car detailed since I bought it 8 years ago, and he restored it to a factory-quality of service. The car looks brand new inside and out! He spoke to me about his process, and gave me his analysis (that my car had a lot of evidence of coffee spills), and he washed the seats, carpets, mats, and doors. His colleague Jose also did an excellent job supporting the process. Both of these gentlemen were very attentive, and you can tell that Mr. Teddy he really enjoys his work and is dedicated to his trade/craft. This time, the car was not well cleaned. If you don't pay a lot of extra $ for a hand detail, the car will come out rinsed, soaped dried and that's it. The residues were still on the hood and the passenger side had water marks, The area between the hood and the windshield was full of old leaves. The inside was barely wiped and the cup holders were dirty. I will say that the work is pretty superficial and for an suv, it costs $25 plus tip. If you just to freshen your car from dust and other superficial dirt, that's the place to go . If you want more care, go somewhere else or have them do a full detail but that's going to cost big bucks read more

Loved my wash today! I usually go to the car wash at Del Mar and Pasadena Ave ONLY bc they have a nice air conditioned waiting room w/cookies. Lol their cc system was down so they were only accepting cash. I came here instead and loved it!! The ticket lady was nice, the cashier was friendly, and the guys vacuuming and cleaning were awesome!
