I've been a monthly member here for at least 5 years, and I honestly felt like it's finally time to leave a review. The biggest thing I've noticed recently is the change in the team's attitude. Before, whenever I asked for a small favor or wanted them to pay attention to something, I sometimes felt like I was being a pain. Lately though, it's been the complete opposite. The staff are much friendlier, easy to communicate with, and most of them speak great English. They actually listen to what you're asking for and make the effort to get it done. The wash might take a few extra minutes now, but I'd much rather have that if it means they're taking their time and paying attention to the details. As someone who's been coming here for years, I finally feel like my voice is heard and that they genuinely appreciate their monthly members. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. If you live anywhere in the San Gabriel Valley, I'd definitely recommend checking this place out. I've seen the improvement firsthand, and I hope they keep it up. I want to warn potential customers about my experience with this car wash. After the business changed ownership, they refused to honor the prepaid discount package/book of car washes that I had already purchased from the previous owners. I understand that ownership changes can happen, but customers who paid in advance should be treated fairly or offered some form of accommodation. Instead, I was told that my remaining washes would not be honored, which left me feeling disappointed and out the money I had already spent. If you have a prepaid package or discount book from before the ownership change, I recommend confirming whether it will still be accepted before visiting. With so many options out there, I urge you not to waste your time and money here. I've given this place so many chances over the years due to the convenient location, but this past visit will be my last. I used to suffer the long wait times because they truly did a good job. But this place has gone downhill. What's the point of going to a car wash if I just have to wash it again myself in the end? Smudges on my entertainment screen, water spots across the windshield, dirt and pollen along my hood. The queuing system is abysmal, because it is non-existent. They will happily allow your car sit unattended for 30 min while they chat with their friends or start on cars that came far after you. Never again. read more

Came here on a RAINY day (so car wash was closed), but I appreciated that the GAS was still open. The gas was self service -- and it's definitely the cheapest CASH / CREDIT PRICING in this part of town. There is only ONE PRICE, and credit cards work on their TAP credit machine reader. Receipts print too :) They had clean wipers fluid if you need it + paper towels. There was an attendant in the middle station that sits in the median. To enter the GAS station area, go in on MISSION. You will either go on left or right lane depending on your pump. The best part is that this is ONE WAY only, so you're not having chaos of people going in all directions. read more

A big no from me. Been coming here for at least 10 years regularly because its conveniently close to where I live and its a "hand wash". They always had nice Wednesday specials which included a wax of some sort. I've always had pretty decent experiences here~never anything bad....up until today. Felt like we started off on the wrong wheel from the get-go. First of all, prices went up BY QUITE A BIT~$35 FOR THEIR BASIC WASH. If you drive a certain EV, they require you to drive your own car through the wash so normally I wait in the car until the vacuumers come so I can time it and wait nearby to get back in and drive my car into the wash. Lady who used to work the cashier inside comes by, taps on my window and shes like..."are you not going to get out? They're going to be vacuuming your car". I'm looking around and theres nobody in sight so I explain to her how it normally works...anyway, she calls people over and I get out and get back in when they're done. Finally roll into the car wash...I'm struggling to get my car into car wash mode and the guy outside my window starts shouting and getting angry about just going into neutral instead of car wash mode and arguing back and forth with me...look mister, I've never had issues with this in the past and an extra 10 seconds isn't going to kill you so chill! Then because of this, they do a basic half ass swipe on the car, never touched the front windshield~so might as well call themselves AIRWASH because I didn't see no hands. Anyway, while waiting inside I also hear customers arguing with the cashier because apparently their packages they bought will no longer be honored after the end of the year because of some ownership change. I've been coming to this car wash for over 10 years now. And I have to say, the quality isn't what it use to be. I get the increase in pricing due to rising cost of everything else. However, I expect quality to remain the same because that should be free. If you're here for a normal wash, do not expect it to be quick. Plan at least an hour minimum. I accept the fact that they may be short staff so it takes a long while for the car to be dried. But the fact that they park the car in the sun while the car is wet, that's unprofessional. And because of this, I have permeant water spots on my car. And yes, I can say 100% that it is from this location because: 1) I don't ever wash the car myself 2) This is the only car wash I go to 3) My car is always parked in a structure/overhead covering The only thing that has remain constant is the person you speak to when you first drive up with your car to tell them what package you want and the cashier. Convenient spot and fair prices. Avoid rush hour. I came in on a Friday around 1pm and it wasn't too busy. They anticipated the bronze car wash taking about an hour and they were accurate in that estimate. The lady that rung me up was also super sweet. This is a busy and popular spot to wash your car but well worth it! It's about $30 for a regular wash. They'll vacuum the inside, drive it into their tunnel car wash, and then they'll even hand wipe down your car. The attention to detail and service from the staff here is amazing! Your pay at the shop inside. There's seating areas inside and outside. The shop sells car accessories like air fresheners and more. Since it was pretty busy, it did take about an hour or so to get my car back. read more

This was not a good wash. I paid for the gold package with the wax and sealer, which is one of the pricier tiers. It doesn't look like my car came out of the car wash at all. I'm not expecting the water spots to be cleaned off completely. My car was not very dirty coming in. It looks like there is still a ton of debris and pollen on my car. Does not look like it was waxed at all. Looks like it was barely sprayed down. Probably wouldn't waste another afternoon here. read more

Always had a good experience but today was not it. Came in to have my car washed to remove some tree sap sitting on my roof and window. My car went through the car wash the first time, still looked dirty, sat drying for 30 minutes until they realized it would have to go through the car wash again. The person servicing my car sounded unhappy that it had to go through the car wash twice, after handing over my keys. He purposely missed cleaning up my roof and window. I drive a small compact car (2023 Chevy Bolt) and it's white. You really can't forget or miss this..... I wouldn't recommend coming here for a deep clean read more

I really like this car wash and keep coming back. Their gas prices are very decent for this area, I always feel like I pay a lot less for premium gas at this location. I usually do the cash wash, and it always does a great job -- my car stays clean for a couple of weeks before I feel like I need another wash, which says a lot. The waiting area is nice too. There's both indoor and outdoor seating. The inside is an old, but it's clean, cozy, and comfortable. One small thing I love is by the cashier they have free calendars and even free Milk-Bones for dogs (a free treat!). I honestly haven't seen that anywhere else. They also offer a stamp card -- get a free wash after 10 washes -- which is a great bonus, especially in this economy. You drive in on Rosemead and make a left into the parking lot towards the large sign with all the service and costs. This is the entrance to the car wash. Park your car there and wait for an attendant. The special doesn't come with vacuum. You drop off the car with an attendant and go inside to pay. You can wait or come back in ten minutes. This is my 4th time here, I went to many places near by my house but none of them as good as here. (I live cross of the town about 1 hour drive) Usually I love there Aussie Wash, $50+ the highest for their basic tier but trust me you will like $500 treatments for your car. (They selling 10 package will 2 free, basically you pay for 8 which is cheaper) I have a big doggo who drooling everywhere in the car,and some coffee spilled on driver side. so this time I just wanna try something a little bit different. I chose a carpet and seat cleaning for $115 I am telling you this is The Best Investment ever if you have pet!!! I still cannot imagine how do they clean all of my husky's fur, her drools my coffee and some chocolate stain as well. Hats off to Mission Car Wash. Can be done on same day or can save voucher for up to a month. Their car wash price is economical and they do a good job. They have a good amount of waiting areas around the perimeter and indoors as well. Weekends get busy so I try best to come on weekdays. Gentlemen that helped "check" Me in for the car wash was so attentive. He explained very well how my upgrade worked (I had an oil change and came back to redeem my included car wash today) and the cost breakdown. My main concern was that i had some paint peels on my side mirror and was worried that it was going to get worse going thru the wash. He said that he would help me find a bag to cover it up but that he wasnt sure if he had one. As we all do and watch our cars go through I see that a bag was covering up my side mirror.
