I was in high demand for a good car wash! I wanted to support a local Altadena business, regular wash is about $30. I waited about 10 minutes for the car to be ready after it came out the drive thru. My car was alright, still had streaks on the window and piece is trash in the side pockets(Straw trash). I've been coming to this car wash for over three years now and the service has always been friendly. However over the past year they have been understaffed and their prices keep rising . I got a $2 added on my wash because my car is a SUV. The washes aren't the best but I like going to support them because it's a small business . The cashier has no manners. He was yelling at an elderly woman who used her card to pay when their machine went down. He rudely tells the woman that the payment didn't go through even though she shows him a message from her financial institution stating that the payment was approved. He argued with her for about five minutes while a line was forming. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. As afar as the actual carwash I'd rate it a 3, just mediocre and minimal attention was given to the interior for a "full service" car wash. read more

Sorry ! This is not the place. The other day I came for a "diamond wash". I waited for awhile with my family and then got into the car. Right away my husband saw that the car was still not complexly clean. He asked for a cloth to go over some spots he noticed right away. We had an appointment so I didn't inspect my car as I should. I tipped my dryer and said thank you. I left for my appointment and came home for the evening. When I woke up the next day - WOW! I saw how truly dirty my car was inside and out. The floor wasn't vacuumed well. The dash was still dirty and dusty, the spray and shine on the car looked like it had been sprayed and never wiped down. It was a really lousy job to say the least. I called about how poorly the car was washed. The girl who answered the phone said that I should've had them correct it the same day. I told her I didn't notice it the same day and that the car should have been washed the same day. She directed me to manager and he told me to come back in. I never made it back in because my schedule didn't allow for that. Really disappointed in the customer service and the service itself. read more

ABSOLUTELY the worst service! I went for a car wash, and the guy said we could only hand wash due to some of the sap on your car, which would be $50. I said no thanks and decided to take the sap off, rinse the car at home, and return it in a few hours. The same guy then says sorry, you have a rack on the vehicle, and we cannot take it through the machine hand wash only. I've been coming here for a long time in the same car, and it's never been an issue. He then proceeded to say our brushes got tangled on the racks. That's NOT the customer's problem; clearly, it's the brushes, and you have to deal with that as a business. It seemed like a scheme to make more money because handwashing costs $30 more than a regular car wash! read more

UPDATE- They reached out to me and apologized for the behavior. The policy is what it is (still disagree with it) but I'm seeing this is an isolated incident/behavior. I'm happy with how they resolved it. I still have issues with the place but I can see they are trying to improve so I'm giving them three stars for now. Here's my original review: If I could I'd be giving them - No stars. I've been tolerating this place for about 10 years. They aren't good with attention to detail and certainly don't take pride in their work, but they are one of the only car wash spots in the area. So it is what it is. Only once in the past I took them up on their rain policy of free rewash if it rains within 24 hours of your wash. They seemed annoyed but did it. I tipped the guys more than usual out of gratitude. I called today to do it again and they said come on in. Here's where things went wrong. When I got there and explained to the guy I didn't need the interior vacuumed, it was just a rewash because of the rain, he immediately shut me down. Very rudely said no we don't do that, I told him I already called and he said that was wrong info and I'd have to pay for it or leave. Which really shocked me - in all the years of going there I haven't been happy with their work but I've never been spoken to so sharply. Especially when I didn't come at him very aggressively, I calmly explained what I was there for and assumed it was a given because I already spoke to someone. He then told me "that 'girl' is wrong she doesn't know what she's doing, she doesn't know what she's talking about." Now I was getting mad because she (a woman) was so kind on the phone and here he was trashing her so I told him I needed to talk to the manager and he stormed off. When he came back he explained that the manager has a new policy and that you can only get a rewash if it rains before midnight of the day you got your car washed. My car was washed at around 5 PM so that means there was only a seven hour window for the weather to suddenly turn and drop some rain. Honestly I'm not even sure if the rain got on my car around midnight or some other time while I was sleeping, but when I got up at 7 AM the car had rain on it and there was rain around the house. So here's the deal, I understand they have a set policy and while I respect that I think it's a terrible one. I don't know of any other car washes that have such a limited rain policy. Within at least 12 hours of washing my car, it rained and all the dirt they missed became apparent. I guess that doesn't matter to them but it does to me. Here are the other things that matter to me: 1) The guy was rude 2) I was told I could have a rewash if I came in so I made the effort of driving there only to be sent away. 3) This is a new policy and was NOT the policy when I purchased a 10 pack of washes. 4) This policy is terrible and you should treat your customers well. Not just loyal customers of 10 years but EVERY customer. 5) I waited 20 minutes to speak directly to the manager but he never came out of his office. I'm finally giving up on this place and am requesting a refund for the remaining value of my 10 pack. Wish me luck and stay tuned if they refuse me cause I'll be back to report how my talk with the manager goes. read more

The guy glanced at my car and said it was "sticky". He wouldn't run it through the was and insisted I get a hand wash which a lot more expensive. An obvious scam. There was a drop of something from my tree which I wiped off with my shirt. lol. The car washes aren't exactly cheap there and they do an ok job but always forget something. In 3 visits they have, 1) missed bird poop on the expensive hand wash. 2) left tire dressing just dripping 3) all visits failed to clean the leaves out of the collection area below the wipers. So disappointed once again... I really try to keep our business local so I keep trying this place, and keep being underwhelmed. Today my son took his car to be cleaned here, and spending $26 + $5 tip on a super wash, is a lot for anyone, but especially for a 17 year old. He pointed out that the back had sand from the beach, plus he was excited to pay extra and get the shiny tire treatment. He got home and went to admire it, into to find that neither had been done! The back was still full of sand, there were even leaves laying there, the crevices on the door jams were full of leaves, and his tires has clearly not been touched! Took my car for a car wash and when I got it back it was full of crumbs from the front to middle to end. When I called they said "we don't vacuum around children car seats unless you ask, we don't vacuum the trunk unless you ask" I said "that's something your clients should know". They didn't say much about the crumbs in the front which should have been cleaned without me asking. I paid to have them rinse my car? I could do that at shell for 5 bucks. This entire thing is wild because, aren't I asking for them to vacuum my car by simply taking it to a "car wash" and when I pay them?
