I've been coming here for over a year even driving from Burbank because their vacuum system is the best. For me, vacuuming is super important, especially after summer beach trips when sand gets everywhere. It saves me from stressing out the kids. The staff here also work really fast and efficiently. One time I accidentally left a mat behind, and they noticed right and keep it for me. Another time something important fell into the vacuum, and they helped me find it. Membership is convenient too- you can even put it on hold when traveling, and there are different packages to choose from. Overall, reliable, clean, and with great customer service. Recently they starting providing ten minutes of free vacuum with a drive through car wash. It's not about the money as much as it's the convenience. Other drive through establishments always require dollar bills or quarters to use the vacuum, and since I'm an actual businesswoman and not a stripper (yet) I don't walk around with a dollar bills. I come to this car wash mainly because the location is very convenient. I've been here several times, and while the staff is always friendly, organized, and helpful during checkout, I've noticed the wash doesn't always remove all the dirt from my vehicle. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this car wash. I paid for the express wash, and while an employee was using a brush on my vehicle, the employee accidentally threw the wrong side of the brush onto my car, which caused a visible scratch. The owner was even able to pull up the video footage. I immediately brought this to the managers attention (Sam), expecting some level of accountability or at least a discussion about how it could be resolved. Instead, I was told there was "nothing he could do." When I asked for the contact information for his supervisor or the company owner, he said he didn't have it. Accidents happen, but what matters is how a business handles them. The complete lack of responsibility and unwillingness to provide any path to resolution is what's most frustrating. I would strongly caution others to be aware that if damage occurs, you may not receive any support or accountability. read more

The deluxe package supposedly includes tire and wheel clean but did nothing different to what it looked like prior to the wash. I'm convinced this is a front because not once has my car been "washed" after going through this joke of a car wash. The dude spraying the car before it actually enters the parking lot must be the most miserable person ever with his sad attempt to spray your windshield. He just stands in one place and if the hose reaches, then it reaches. If not then its not his concern. After the wash, you can use the vacuum which has powerful and did the job. However, the car is still dirty. You can literally still see the cleaning solution still on the car along with bird crap and regular brake dust and dirt. Normal stuff you can easily wipe away with your finger. I have come here several times and not once have I had a good experience. Should charge you $5 to drive through that useless carwash. I just started coming here recently, and am not sure why I didn't come here sooner! I've been going to Foothill car wash for almost a decade, and couldn't see the benefit of spending what I was for a simple car wash. I discovered this place via reviews and I'm so glad I did. The cost is decent, and the customer service here is top notch. The only difference is that you have to dry and vacuum your car yourself, which is no biggie, and frankly, I could use the elbow grease. :) The vacuums are nice and strong, and the set up is pretty clear for a newbie like me, and you'll be out in a jiffy! This car wash is clean & well run by a friendly staff. I recently brought two of our cars here for the $10 wash each time and happy with the washes. The staff working the pay station are very helpful for folks like me who are new to this car wash. Just remember to take some shop cloths or towels to dry up and to get the inside edges of your doors/hatch clean and dry. The free vacuum is really powerful and effective at picking up sand, pet hair...all the usual mess you might have on your car floor or between seats. I will definitely be back. read more

Bubble up is an amazing concept originally designed as a self serve car wash. They have turned it into a great customer service experience. It is a nice alternative in between a drive-through car wash at the gas station or a full car wash where a lot have increased their prices and you still have to tip. You'll pull up in the driveway and there are plenty of signs to direct you on how the process works. Upon coming up to the self-serve ATM you have an attendant ask what you're looking for and they process your transaction. Once you have processed your transaction, you go into the car wash tunnel and you can have attendance actually scrub down or do extra scrub. They have three different levels of car wash services that you can pick from and they also have a subscription service monthly. If you get the ultimate, they give you a free microfiber towel. That was, at least the day I went. Depending on the time of day and the day that you go, you can wait anywhere from 5 minutes to 15 minutes. Pack your patience! They have at least 10 to 15 stalls that you can vacuum your car out. There is a 10 minute timeframe in which they give you. I highly recommend Bubble up! read more

I usually prefer a touchless automated wash because in the past I've noticed swirling on the finish at a carwash with brushes. I'm not sure if they do something different at Bubble Up but the finish of the car came through just fine. The price is fair and they offer membership packages for a discount on frequent service. You pay at a machine before you drive into the wash but there is an attendant there to answer questions and assist with the transaction if needed. Before you enter the wash another attendant quickly scrubs down the car with a presoak brush. The automated wash did a good job cleaning the car, rinsing off all the soap residue, and drying the car, and afterwards you can drive into one of several stalls to use their vacuums. read more

What happened Bubble Up? This used to be my favorite place to take my car, but I went today and the people attending the car wash were so rude. It was a day ruiner. It was busy on a Friday afternoon, I get it, but that's no reason to be scowling and gesturing like you're angry at everybody who pulls into the driveway. Also, come on, the girl who took my credit card was visibly sick, sniffing and wiping g her nose the whole time. I was scared to handle my card after she gave it back. Literal worst car wash and biggest waste of money I've ever experienced. I want to be very clear: the attached photos are from AFTER I went through the car wash. No warning ahead of time, but the left hand brushes in the drive-through car wash said out of order and were not functioning. The attached photo of the left side of my car speaks for itself. They let me pay 16 bucks and drive in without alerting me that I would not be receiving the full service I paid for. Absolutely disgusting. I could have done a better job with my garden hose in the driveway. EDIT: I completely understand that sap and other substances will take individual attention to get off, and I was not expecting those things to be removed but I'm talking about literally just DIRT that was not washed off. If a car wash is incapable of washing off dirt and isn't fully functioning you have no right to charge people for a service not delivered. read more

It's been free vacuum for past but it's getting limited to 10 minutes of free vacuum which I can understand.Staff are amazing, ready to help , polite and clean. Bubble Up's about the same price as a gas station drive-through carwash but much, much more efficient at cleaning your car and not leaving water spots. The attendants were ok. Just had the extra bubble wash for $22 and it was not worth it. Its literally 2 people that scrub your windshield with soapy brushes. When I left the facility my vehicle had what looked to be dirt water marks, i was hoping for the wash to get rid of the bird poop, it did not, to be fair its a difficult substance to get rid of. But the dirty water spots is unacceptable. I will not return. read more

I've been a member for three years, ever since they opened, and as a doctor who commutes a lot, my car often gets filthy. Bubble Up always leaves my car spotless and shining. Sam, who runs the operation, is fantastic. He answers any questions and goes above and beyond to ensure customers have a great experience. On the rare occasion that the tire shine isn't perfect, they promptly fix it or add more if needed. The team works incredibly hard to keep up with the demand, even during busy times like 8 am when there's a line to Foothill. The place is always clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, I'll be moving to Seattle for the next eight months to lead a doctor's program, but I already know my first stop when I return will be Bubble Up Wash!
