He is extremely knowledgeable, practical, and fairly priced in his services. His crew is excellent and professional. Alex worked on a friend's well up in Three Rivers and got the drilling done faster than any other well company. The job was done right, and he got water to my friend as fast as possible. That is what sold me on his company. His concern and priority is for people who don't have water, not necessarily first come, first served. My experience with them was excellent. We needed to know why our water tank was not getting filled up. I could feel the well pump on but not water. Their service was professional, trustworthy, very conscientious of doing the job correctly , next day response to find the problem and fix it and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Arsenal Well Drilling! I called Alex to come check on our well, as our pump was not working. Alex had his guys over the very next day to check it out. He even had them take a new pump with them in case it needed to be replaced, they could do it then and there! Unfortunately for me, the pump and the motor both needed to be replaced.
