    Good service with good communication and knowledge. Knocked out an over the range microwave in no time. 10/10 will use Pro Venting again.

The technician gave us a complete estimate and waited patiently while we considered options. No pressure whatsoever. Almost a month later we hired Roos. Our job was not an easy one as we changed over to electric from gas. The workers arrived on time and dressed cleanly. As the men were working I called in and asked for a quote for changing out our second unit. The owner came to the house and gave me a quote in person. We signed off and by the end of the week we had two beautiful new systems. This was the most professional group I've ever come across. Not only that, we got a smoking deal! What a value! Do not go anywhere else for your HVAC system service! Roo's is definitely the best!

    We started working with Roo's in March. They came out and told us that our AC unit was working and…read morenothing needed to be repaired. This is after we had another company come out and tell us that the evaporator coil was broken. We contacted Roo's because they are a Lennox specialist. Our unit stopped working in July and we contacted them about getting our AC repaired. John N. came off as helpful and responsive to our concerns and said he was going to come out on Monday. Monday comes and we get a phone call saying that he looked over the report from the last time someone came out and that he could tell the evaporator coil was indeed broken. He sent an estimate for what that was going to cost to get fixed. While on the phone with him we told him that we thought the motor on the unit might be broken as well and that we would like him to come out and check on that so we could get everything fixed at once. He stated that it wouldn't be necessary for him to come out and that it could be worked out when he came on Wednesday to repair the unit. Wednesday comes and John N. sends two technicians but doesn't show up himself. They finish the evaporator coil repair and try to turn on the unit. The motor is indeed broken. John N calls and lets me know that we have to wait two more days for the part and that it is going to cost extra money. Mind you all these parts are under warranty. I tell him that I think extra cost should not be put on my family because of mistakes the company has made up to this point. I call the office upset that now I have to wait two more days for the repair and this is after I asked John N to come out and check this specific part that ended up being broken. All of this after I had someone come out in March and told me everything was fine. I ask to talk to the owner and get told he will contact me. I have to call again the next day and still don't get in contact with the owner. I am told that the company wants to make this right for me. Friday comes and a new technician is scheduled to come out, John Y. He is friendly and gets to work. He finishes up and gives me the total bill which includes labor for the motor. I tell him that I don't feel like this is making things right and that someone had told me that I wouldn't be charged for that when I called the day prior. He calls the manager and I finally get to talk to him. I explain everything that has happened and he initially offers me a discount. I tell him that I don't feel like this is fair compensation for all the stress I have been through. I had to find someone where else to stay for 3 extra days because of a lack of communication due to his employees. He tells me that he is going to get to the bottom of the situation and will call me back. He calls back shortly and tells me that he recognizes all my concerns and that he is going to take off the charge for the labor for the motor. I really appreciate that he took the time to listen to my concerns and feel like he did right by my family. I will continue to use this company to do check ups and repairs because I appreciate that while mistakes were made, in the end they did right by their customers and took ownership for it.

    We had our heating and air conditioning go out and tried to contact a few different repair…read morecompanies with many unable to come out for weeks or not even get back to us. We contacted Comfort Now and were able to easily use their online chat. Once we officially set up the authorization, we were contacted and on our way to having someone show up to our house. Daniel showed up, masked up and he went to work on our unit. Daniel and Israel fixed our safety switch that was installed improperly by the previous company that installed our new unit. Israel also found that our return was not efficient enough for the size of our AC unit and Daniel went over the options to remedy the situation and financing. We are very happy with the quality of service and attention to detail that Daniel and Israel took in servicing our unit. We decided to sign up for their Comfort Care program to have our AC serviced annually and save on parts and services. We are pleased, have heat and we're going to be calling Comfort Now for all of our service needs. Thank you Daniel and Israel!

Our first experience in the spring was absolutely fantastic. The gentleman worked incredibly hard, and was very thorough In terms of reviewing the AC And all of the units inside. We decided to sign up for the yearly membership which was cheaper than calling them out on an individual basis. We just had our second appointment for the winter and it was a new gentleman, but he was equally as caring, intuitive and hard-working as the first gentleman. We've really been impressed with the service along with the quality and care from the company. They have been incredibly reliable for us. I highly recommend them!

    This guys is amazing. We have been having issues with our air conditioner this whole summer (heat…read moredome 2024) gave us a time slot between 3pm-5pm. He sent my husband a text after 5:40pm saying he was an hour behind and I honestly didn't think he'd show up. I thought he'd reschedule for tomorrow. He was more than an hour late, and that's totally ok. We have had our AC serviced and even had all new duct work installed and no one ever pulled the back panels off our unit to see. Just a month ago another company came out and said we were low on refrigerant and we had to pay $600+ and all he said was "if that doesn't work we will have to take it all apart and weld some stuff in the coils or you're just going to have to get a new unit" the air doctor came and took the back part off, cleaned all of the sludge on it and now we know no one ever has done what he does. And now it's absolutely amazing. His level of professionalism, his dedication, his time and commitment to keep appointments in 105° heat! We don't want to use any other company again.     As a small business owner who values honesty and a strong work ethic over all else, I'm so happy…read morethat we were referred to Daerek. We were without air conditioning for five days. A different company had come out and gave us an estimate, which seemed high, so Daerek was called out to reassess the job. This was a last-minute request, and Daerek's schedule was already full, but when he heard how long we'd been without air conditioning, he was at our house in no time. Within five minutes, Daerek pointed out that an expensive part that the other company wanted to replace actually wasn't bad at all. The part had been replaced last year by the previous company and was just out of warranty, so no doubt upselling was on their mind. Unlike the previous company, Daerek quickly identified the actual issues with the system and, although the work was going to be labor-intensive, in the attic, and it was right in the middle of the hottest part of a triple-digit day, he immediately set to work. Daerek was in the attic for almost two hours straight, running diagnostics, cleaning, and repairing our system. But he wasn't done. He also took care of some maintenance tasks on the outside unit, and recommended which types of filters to use, how often to change them, optimal temperature settings and what kind of cooling to expect with our system versus the climate, and answered every other question I had. Daerek is a consummate professional, extremely hard worker, patient, highly knowledgeable, and above all, trustworthy. From one tradesman to another, thank you Daerek for being one of the good guys out there.
