He does a good job of explaining pests, where and when they come in. We just don't have many spiders or any other critters in the house anymore. Early on he was very responsive with ant baits for us, even coming by in between visits to refill them. This year we've been dealing with a major rat infestation, thanks to our neighbor who has chickens. Lee has been on the problem from the start putting out multiple bait traps (very successfully) and when we found rats in the garage, he went all out, putting traps out and bait along with finding where they are coming into the garage and recommending how to fix those areas so they can't come back.

What I have learned is that you can do your own work if you want to you can buy your own bait boxes and your own bait as long as you're very careful there is bait you can buy, and there are keys to the boxes and rods inside to set it up. it's very easy to set up. There's a Do it yourself site online that sells everything very reasonable the price that you will pay to get started is the price you might pay for about a year service and then you can continue on your own many people I know just do it themselves and that's what I'm planning to do after I finish up with the company I'm with right now because I wanted to make sure I didn't have rats in my attic and I am doing some gardening and repairing on a small hill where a lot of activity had been that will mellow things out. As soon as I clear the chemical with my vet. I will be purchasing the do it yourself kits and doing it myself. I have learned today doing things yourself saves a ton of money and you don't have to deal with the constant BS of companies and looser workers that don't care about you and are just trying to make a buck. Point Pest is one of the companies that does not care about their customers and they have a horrible answering system. They do not answer any of their phones and you get rerouted to some back office somewhere where someone sounds like they've been drinking all night. We are almost a year into our service and still continue to have activity from ants, spiders, and rats.
