I waited on hold multiple times, left a message, and attempted to communicate this to her, but she only continued to argue, despite my minimal engagement and direct statement of intent to inquire about the post she left and come back. Terrible customer service. Honestly left the phone call shaken by how a customer could be treated for wanting to come back and inquiring about the response to a review. I have never felt rushed here and the quality of the finished products has always been superb. They are expensive, but in this instance you truly do get what you pay for. Be prepared to wait about three weeks, on average, for your picture to be framed. They do not rush and at holidays they can get busy, so be sure to bring them your holiday gift-framing needs by the end of October, at the latest.
