It is free and available! I was in Palm Springs for the weekend, and my friend wanted to get a tattoo of her parents' anniversary date, so she looked up this place. It had great reviews, so we decided to check it out! When we arrived, there was about a three-hour wait since it was a busy Saturday. We put our names and number down, then came back around 4 PM. Once we returned, it took a bit to get called back since they had some paperwork and setup to complete. You also text your tattoo artist directly with what you want, which made the process really smooth. Our tattoo artist, Alix, was extremely kind and welcoming. I was able to sit in the room along with another friend to watch the process, which was super cool. Each artist has a private room with a small couch and a few chairs, so it felt comfortable and relaxed. This was actually my first time in a tattoo shop, and it was fascinating to see how everything worked, the tools, the setup, and the overall attention to quality and detail. My friend was so happy with how her tattoo turned out, it looked amazing! The design came out super clean with a beautiful finish. The whole process only took about 30 minutes, and the total was $100, which is also their minimum price for tattoos. So just keep that in mind when planning your visit. The overall vibe of the place was awesome, very laid-back and friendly. The shop is located upstairs, and I'd definitely recommend calling ahead or making an appointment if you can, since they do get busy. They also sell piercing jewelry in addition to doing tattoos, so it's both a shop and a studio. Their jewelry selection looked great, so definitely check that out too if you stop by!

I thought "it can't be that bad" so I accepted the guy was gonna put the piercing without sanatizing it (I had to ask n he was like "oh yeah yeah I got you") then he used like a car/electric tool to twist the piercing open..the inside tissue of my nose piercing was already closed (Ive had my piercing for years just took it off for 2 weeks) he brings out a needle like the ones you use to put clothing pieces together had me thinking "how many ppl does he used that same needle on" . Then he tries putting the piercing,it kept hurting so I kept saying "no leave it like that I'll do it on my own" as I kept tearing up. He proceeds to not listen until he puts the piercing in(forcing the piercing while I'm in pain continually saying no) and he brings back the tool again and twistes my piercing "back in place". Honestly all I'm hoping is I get no infection and pain goes away because this had never happened to me. Avoid this from happening because apparently a "no" is a yes to them‍ and there was someone there "learning" I hope that guy doesn't follow the same procedures this guy did. I am in terrible pain can't even take the piercing off besides that this caused emotional distress for me because I didn't wanna get hurt by pulling back when I kept saying no, felt useless.

I got an extremely fucked up septum piercing here with chip and his gorilla wife. Not only did he…read morepierce it extremely low, crooked, AND the ball fell off immediately which is further proof he was rushing and did not tighten it. He blamed me for "twitching". If you look at the piercing where he initially started before said twitch you will see that he already placed the piercing far too low. I got a lobe and septum. He never counted down nor did he talk to me before or after the piercing and I believe he used the same needle. I received NO care sheet or instructions on how to take care of my piercing. The whole experience was god awful. When I politely asked if it was supposed to be that low him and his wife said yes. After feeling like I fucked up my whole face in the car and crying I built the courage to kindly and discreetly inform them of this. They tell him that "I don't like it" and he says, "Well if she doesn't like it she can take it out." He was obviously very upset. mind you, during the piercing, he made me extremely uncomfortable and when I tried to hold my cousins hand he gave me no warning or time to. He yelled at me while holding the needle to my nose while I was fighting him that I'm not ready and I need to hold my cousins hand, he protests "No, No, No! You're not gonna hold her hand. No you're gonna mess me up!! Stop moving, I need you straight. No no no no holding nothing no" mind you I have a video of me sitting straight only moving my hand to get some support. I don't understand why somebody would continue to pierce my flesh with a needle in these conditions. or why he was rushing to do this. He made me extremely uncomfortable. So the ladies prep a chair to TAKE OUT MY FRESHLY PIERCED SEPTUM. IF YOU ARE A PROFESSIONAL THEN YOU KNOW PIERCING 101 YOU NEVER TAKE A FRESHLY PIERCED PIERCING OUT. IT CAN CAUSE IRRUPT AND IRRATIONAL BLEEDING. He obviously had no idea what he was doing and his wife began to give me attitude because I said I wanted a refund at this point. (I still hadn't spoke to him directly he had his back turned to me.) His wife stands by his side (good for her, go down with your husband queen) saying they've done this for years. I could not believe their reaction to my complaint. She was smiling in my face repeating their idiotic solution to my problem which again i was "If you don't like it take it out we've been doing this for years." "It's not that I don't like it you guys messed up my face and now you're trying to do more damage when all I'm asking for is a refund. You can't take out a piercing so obviously you haven't been doing this for that long or he is not professional." "He's right there if you wanna tell him he's bad" she said that with a condescending face as if to strike fear in me. I turned to him and had pretty much the same argument with him except he gave me my refund and turned extremely pissy. I'm honestly surprised he didn't piss himself the way his neck vein came out. Overall terrible experience. I feel bad for the other people that have to work with this toxic couple. They obviously have a terrible relationship and are placing the weight of their troubles on their business. I should have been much more upset at these imbeciles for fucking up my face. There was a girl there who did my friends piercing before mine even though I arrived before her and I wish I had gotten her. Maybe if they weren't trying to rush through and had common sense they'd leave the job to the professionals. Back story, I actually had written a message to one tat shop and for some reason it sent to like five. Anyhow it was Bloodline that got back to me immediately and was also waaay less arrogant than the other places I dealt with. And I appreciate that, it's how I work! Get back to me, communicate professionally and don't be an ass. Too old for that shit! Anyhow, night of my appt. Now this is the first work I've gotten since I was 22(?). So I was excited, hoped it would go well, etc. Got to the shop. It was a little busy. But this is how it goes. It's art, not assembly line work. I waited quite a while. People complain on here a bit about that. Ya kinda have to go with it though. It's to be expected in certain arenas of life. So chalk it up as part of the experience and just enjoy getting to know the scene at your maybe new shop. I enjoyed it personally. Now I was seen by Fernando. He was absolutely the sweetest thing and the best person I could have asked for. Especially considering it had been a while since I had work done. It had been a long day. I had eaten a lot of edibles too. Haha And I felt totally comfortable with him. He's personable and an amazing artist.
