I love this place!!!!! I've gotten all my piercings here (snakebites, angelbites, eyebrow, dermal, septum, ears) and I've never had a piercing reject or irritate. Extremely accommodating, if you lose your initial jewelry like you lost a ball they'll replace it. Love all the staff, super helpful with any questions and I love the pamphlet they give you when you get a piercing! Came to get a quote on ear piercings. The attitude in the shop is a little off putting but they were quick. Most piercings were relatively cheap but everyone there looks like they do not want to be there. When you're going somewhere for something as important and intimate as a piercing or tattoo, I think it's extremely important for the staff to be friendly or at least not offputting. read more

Found this spot after visiting Coachella music festival, customer service was amazing as soon as I called to see if they were available for some short notice tattoos. Our artist was John & he was so chill & worked with us and what we wanted, he did a few rough drafts and changed what we asked for. I chose Oasis to get my 5-year-old daughter's ears pierced based on positive reviews of their piercer, Zoe. Zoe was comforting and did an amazing job. She is clearly a pro. From calling and setting the appointment to being greeted upon arrival, everything was professional and I was given detailed information on what to expect. I received a brief overview of after-care instructions verbally and then received a brochure outlining them in detail. We are now three days out from the piercing, and everything looks great! Got a septum piercing at Oasis, they used an internally threaded septum ring. The ball came off while cleaning it then while sleeping the entire ring came out and I couldn't get it back in. I called the next day to come and have it put back in since I couldn't get it to on my own. No one callede back, I called the next day and again no one called me back. By the time someone actually answered the phone they said oh it's closed by now so there's nothing we can do. If they had bothered to call me back in the first place that wouldn't have happened. Definitely never going back there. In response to the recently posted response to my review, I called during your business hours both times. And never got a call back, the initial first call that you did respond to was prior to the ring actually coming out. So no your wrong the last two calls that were not responded to were never responded to until way after putting it back in would be possible. Other shops I talked to said yeah the shop your dealing with minimum should have atleast repierced it free of charge. read more

I came in to have my tongue ring reinserted. I had previously had the piercing, but it had come out. I was charged for a new piece of jewelry, bringing my total cost to about $80. After purchasing the jewelry, I was told they could not help put it back in and would need to charge an additional fee. I left frustrated because I expected assistance with the reinsertion when buying the jewelry. The staff may have policies regarding reinsertions, but I wish the costs and limitations had been explained upfront before I paid. Unfortunately, this was not a good experience for me. read more

Building is a little obscure. On the right side of oasis in a gray green building with a yellow roof. It doesn't look like it is really open but just tug on the door and walk in! I wanted to get my nose and septum redone after a year of not having them. Never had a double piercing done but Zoe moved the session right along. She did the nose first for better access and then my septum. I bled quite a bit this time and I was a little alarmed . She reassured me that it was just the scar tissue and it was entirely normal. We joked a bit and she had me totally calm in seconds. I felt at ease and comfortable with her. Everything was clean and sanitary. She gave great instructions after, even though I knew the routine with cleaning and care. While I wasn't in for a tattoo, I could see and hear an artist nearby. Very professional. I heard questions about spelling and placing of the art. There is a lack of reviews but give this place a chance! I loved the yelp check in coupon. $60 for 2 regular piercings. An incredible deal considering they are normally $40 each. They no longer sell cleaning solution so be prepared to buy some afterwords. Piercer was not clean, during a double helix cartilage piercing, piercer dropped the second piercing, pulled another earring out of the drawer with her gloves touching the handle, didn't sterilize the earring before and proceeded to continue to put that dirty earring in with her dirty gloves. Tried to nurse it for 6 months, finally had to take both piercings out. Waste of money pain and granulomas on both piercings. During the 6 months in between went to another piercer in PS, got 4 piercings done including 3 cartilage piercings and never had a problem. Care is of the upmost importance and I did my part but it starts from the piercer, and I don't think hand sanitizer replaces hand washing in a place like this, especially when you don't rub it in all the way and just let it air dry.
