The guy is a total asshole. I had an appointment I put the wrong address a total accident. When I realized I entered the wrong address I stopped to ask a police officer and he was kind and told me I was far from where I needed to be. So I pulled over to call this guy and let him know where I was, he said nobody ever made that mistake. So he told me we would have to reschedule. He left a note on my appointment page saying no show band for life. He's a bad business man. I've read some of his reviews he's an asshole. I would not do business with him again. I'm so sorry I wasted so much time trying to reschedule. I found someone close to me and she-does amazing work. I would not trust him to ruin my face. I went in for a consultation to get my lips and eye brows done since I had seen all of the wonderful work he had done on women via his social media account and I must I was very much taken aback by his attitude. 1. My initial reaction was like is he OK? , when I began explaining to him what I wanted he was very rude and condescending. I then showed him pictures so he could get an idea of what I was asking because he didn't understand my description. Fine, I get it, it can be hard to describe an image, and so I gave him a visual. He began to draw on my eyebrows so I can see what I thought. I didn't like the initial drawing so I kindly asked him to make them slightly thicker because I wanted to see another option. He then became even more annoyed as if I was asking him to do something out of his scope. His demaner became even worse and it looked like he was about to throw a tantrum. He asked to step out, I assume to throw a mini tantrum and my husband had to go help him calm down. Talk about it being ackward and uncomfortable. By this point I was really confused why he would be so angry. Hey, I am about to have a permanent procedure done and I want to make sure I felt good with my choice. Wouldn't you want to be certain the work was done to your liking? I tried very hard to remain calm as possible myself because this was just becoming too weird. Well, he was not only easily frustrated but he then started making misogynistic comments. All I wanted to do was get the procedure done and be done with him but this is when it got even worse, as if it wasn't already. He continued with saying I was wasting his time for asking of him to make changes and he purposefully drew the eyebrows really massive. I don't know if he was having a bad day (still no excuse to be this angry) or this is his regular attitude towards his female clients. I mean he gets customers, so not sure what was going on but I was shocked that I drove for hours to be treated in such a disrespectful manner. Oh but there's more! I will spare you the rest of the details because this is already making me angry as I type this. Finally, he threatened me to not give him a bad review because that would mean that he would never work with me. Well, it was more like, "you will never work with me again"! I mean, did he really think I would want to come back after how awful of a person he was? Yeah, no thanks. I will take my business elsewhere. When I first got my brows done I was blown away. So beautiful and I was in love. I chose the powder ombré and they were gorgeous. When it came time for my touch up I received a solid fill in. When I reached out and asked about it he said tbey should lighten. Well they did lighten but as a sold color fill in. Then again i asked politely with no blame how long til we can do powder ombré touch up his reply was as you see below. Now I am stuck with full colored in eyebrows. Nothing close to the powder ombré I originally had! A full eyebrow tattoo was never discussed. When you get a touch up it should be touched up, Not changed. I was extremely disappointed with my consultation. Swanie B made me feel as if I was imposing upon his time. BEWARE!! He's like the insecure brow "artist" if you have an idea of what you want and like he will get offended. His idea of an eyebrow is the same on everyone. I would of walked out looking like a devil woman with super dark eyebrows and way to close together. He even had the nerve to up the price $100 more during the consultation. He actually informed me on my consultation and my $50 fee that he would let me know if he wanted to even do my brows. I once purchased a body wrap treatment from Groupon, called four times within the span of three weeks, never got a return call for an appointment time. Needles to say, I requested a full refund. Be sure to have Swan (or anyone else for that matter) draw your brows before you schedule the work. That way you can see if he understands what you want. I thought I was perfectly clear about wanting a natural-looking pair of brows. A previous person tattooed them too arched and I wanted the arch filled in a bit underneath and Swan said he could make the top of the existing arch go away. He accentuated the arch (drawn) even more and I totally looked like a devil-woman. So I took my business elsewhere. Other people seem to have had better experiences here, so if you go be sure to have him draw your brows first, and then live with it for a day or two before deciding whether to have him tattoo. And ask if there is a consultation fee - I wasn't told in advance there was one, and was charged for the visit. Would have been OK with that if I'd known in advance. read more
