She debited my card with out knowledge for $65. I called up after looking at my bank account, she said I gave her $30 tip. Now iv never tipped $30 to anyone. And I never signed no slip for $65. They rectified it by giving me a piece of jewellery. Be sure to check the amounts that is taken out your account. This was not a mistake.

I've been to Broken Clover multiple times in the past to get my ears pierced and all of them have…read morebeen wonderful experiences. I had no issues whatsoever so, I then decided to get my chest pierced because, why not? I went with Shawna, and right after the procedure, I noticed that she pierced me way too deep. I told her that it didn't look right and she checked and said that it was completely normal, that it was just swelling and it'll go down after a week. Unfortunately, it was not pierced correctly at all, and I ended up going back again to get a refund three days later. Shawna was there and when she saw me, I could tell that she knew she messed up but didn't want to admit it. I got one of my piercings removed and I was offered a free re-pierce with a different person, and I took it because I've been to this place multiple times now and again, no real issues until that moment. The second time I got it pierced was by Leo, and like the first time, it was not pierced correctly at all. My bar was literally diagonal, down to the base. I ended up taking them off about four months later because they were causing me a lot of issues and there were some signs of rejection. It was a really disappointing experience, this happened a year ago but I wanted to write a review to warn people about what might happen since there's not a lot of feedback on their work with body piercings. If you want to get ears pierced, then yes go to this place, but from my experience, I would do more research on other places for more extreme types.

He also helped me with sizing new jewelry for an old piercing and put a lot of thought into that too. He was really considerate in helping my wife decide on what to do for the piercing they wanted, and their two dermal piercings turned out great as well.
