They can not respond dismissively and rudely when I indicate that there may be a leak behind the condenser. Specifically telling me that I am 1) wrong 2) listening to someone who doesn't know about dryers, because no dryers have condensers. This was after I explicitly said in my request that my dryer was ventless. If they read the request and knew dryers they would have know the dryer had a condenser. I had a not-so-old Kitchen Aid refrigerator. Apparently, the return line was clogged, which resulted in large amounts of water collecting under the unit-wide tray. It took three towels to just dry it off. In looking for a repair ASAP, Abraham was able to come the next morning. His work was technically perfect as he was able repair the problem by first having to dismantle the unit's guts. The problem was solved, the time taken was entirely reasonable, as was the final bill. Abraham came & tried to fix my disposal first but could not so he gave me the price for the new one and I agreed and he installed it. The old disposal had been leaking so imagine my surprise when Abraham was cleaning up the water instead of leaving that for me, he even cleaned the pot I had under the disposal trying to catch the water. I asked him to look at my dishwasher while he was there which was broken and had been holding water, when he opened it, it had so much water in it and the smell was terrible! My dishwasher wasn't draining and after doing some of the basic fix-it things I decided I needed some pro help. I called ART Appliance Repair and reached Abraham. After a brief rundown of my problem he said he could come that day to check it out. He spent a fair amount of time checking and clearing the drain line, opening the pump (where he found a chip from dish in the impeller), and giving the system a good once over. I hung out with Abraham while he worked, just to make sure I understood more about what might be causing problems with the dishwasher.
